London is my spiritual home and I thrive on it. However, some times it’s nice, especially after a heatwave, to just head out of town. So myself and my friend Anna, and three dogs, set off for the seaside. We were head to toe in chic summer fashion!! It also gave me the opportunity to review a new anti ageing device upon my return. Sun damaged skin is the bane of my life! I hope you are enjoying the summer. Your support for my channel is one of my greatest achievements. Thank you so much. It’s never taken for granted.

I wish you wouldn’t keep explaining why you’re not wearing makeup. I’m 68 and only wear sunscreen, some concealer and lipstick. I think the older you get, you’re confident about letting your skin breathe and just realize that no one really cares anyway. Your day at the beach was lovely!
Same. i am 70, only using natural oils ( camelia oil favorite) and very often the lipstick which cheers up the whole face . 🥰
I agree sometimes too much make up can make you look worse as you get older 🙏
We have to do what we feel most comfortable doing. If Make-up is one of the pleasures then go for it. I’m 77 and love looking good for my age (for me) therefore, Make-up is part of my personal glamor!!!!

It was funny when I was visiting London from Ireland a few weeks ago and I went
to Carnaby street to record at the walking lady and people were looking at us. I felt like I was part of an elite club. If you know it you know it.
