He'll spend the next 5 years trying to fix potholes and deal with the bins in Clacton. Which is possibly exactly what he deserves. People seem to believe they're voting for Fuhrage to be Prime Minister. Thankfully we'll see exactly what he's like at representing the people of Clacton.

They’re all reporting a projected 3 seats.
Currently it’s looking like they’ll get more votes than the Lib Dem’s, but with a poor distribution (I.e. 15% in most districts, rather than dominating a handful of them)… so Lib Dem’s looking at around 12 seats.

Why be ashamed of voting reform
I think it's because those of us who are disturbed by how far right the conservative government has slid away from traditional conservatism are surprised that there are people who want to go farther right.
But that's one of the issues, isn't it? Social media puts us all in our own bubbles, so that if you lean right, you see more right-leaning content affirming your views, and if you are more centrist or left-leaning, you see more content affirming those same views.
The one place I find interestingly different to that is the BBC, whose news reporting everyone seems to find biased against them.

@@hadorstapa On the point of everyone finding the BBC biased against them - that's how you know their reporting is done right! They give equal discussion time to the positives and negatives associated with every party, and leave you to decide for yourself. The fact you subconsciously picked up on that proves they are the gold standard, and more so, *why* we really need public service broadcasting in the age of social media bubbles.

I live in South Suffolk it's always been a Tory seat. It's a Tory heartland and I know one person voting reform. I don't think it will come close.

Many aren’t ashamed but neither do they understand anything they talk about. I’ve asked many reform voters who they want their country back from and they go “oh we don’t need to go there”.
