@@13leafs I just get it at the grocery store. Most kefir I’ve found is unpasteurized with live bacteria. Just read the label. Another option is bacterial culture powder. You can use one for yogurt if you can’t find a kefir specific one.

Just separate with your hands! Crackers the egg into one hand, letting the white run through between the fingers. No special utensils needed. Carnivore is about simplicity as well 😎
@@saravedingustafsson3049 I’ve done that before, but there’s two issues for me doing this. One is my pinched nerve which makes certain movements with my hand and fingers very difficult, the other one is I hate the feel of raw egg white in my hand lol. I’ve got a good separator coming that should work much better. I’ll be doing some egg heavy recipes where I’ll be separating an entire flat of eggs at once. My hand gets fatigued very quickly when moving my fingers a lot, so I need some kind of mechanical assistance.
