A few years ago I had a bad experience buying from Ozsale, it was your clothing label 'Jerusha Couture', it was Ozsales fault. When I mentioned it to you, you sent me a Jerusha Couture pouch with a hand written note from you. I still have the note and pouch proudly displayed in my handbag cabinet. I love the pouch and the note and every time I read it or use the pouch I have a smile on my face. Thank you so much Jerusha. After all this time your gift still means so much to me. Love the bag. I had no idea what you were going to unbox but I thought it as going to be a BIG bag. Lol. All that box and mostly tissue. But the bag has such a huge attitude I guess it needed the big box. Love it!!!!!

So excited for you. I had a recent bad experience on ebay and had to get ebay protection involved to get my money back on a LV bag. I was surprised because she was 100% and only sells LV. Ebay protection really came through for me but it has turned me off buying expensive items on ebay. I'll stick with fashionohile or yoogis closet.
I just had a bad experience from an eBay seller as well. I also had to get ebay protection involved to get my money back. The LV item I purchased smelt like vinyl.... Oh no, I had to send that fake thing back. Like you, I'm done with eBay for luxury items.
So glad you got your money back. Mine was real but had stains on it and a very strong minty smell. She denied it until I submitted pics to ebay and she sent my money back. She had claimed in the description it was stain free. Thx for sharing your story Kimberly.

i've wanted something from LV for forever now and the vernis line is my favorite! and funny enough, that exact color of your little pouch is also the color i like too...it's just so chic & classy looking. funny, our town has had hardly anything in the line of higher end stores, but would you believe we do have a really nice LV store! at this point tho, i can't even afford a keychain from them! lol...i saw unbrellas in there one day and thought how nice that would be until i realized that even they were majorly expensive! lol..i really do want a scarf tho...i may put that on my wishlist? (haven't priced them??)..
we did tho, just get a new Nordstrom in town recently..i am happy about that..i was surprised tho to not see some of the higher end brands in there? It's nice, and for our town it still has things we never had access to before; but still there were alot of things they didn't include...

I love watching your videos. I do not own any Louis Vuitton, Chanel, or Jerusha Couture YET! But I had to share that I was in Palm Springs, CA as a belated treat to myself to also celebrate turning 30 this year. While I was there me and my girlfriend where hanging in the hot tub at our hotel and we happened to be chatting with a young woman and her mother who were from Australia about youtube. When the girl asked me who I watch on UA-cam I of course with no hesitation mentioned your name because I adore you and she quickly chimed back "no way I totally know who Jerusha is". Being an American girl I have no idea what the Australian fashion scene is like and she mentioned you as being one if the top Australian designers alongside the likes of Sass & Bide who I am familiar with. I felt like I got to know your work a little better through one of your fellow Australians which was super cool! I know it may sound crazy but I also felt Iike my trip was a little more fabulous after chatting about your work. You are awesome!
