My question is 1. SDO office ya customer care centrebilling section hamen computer genrated new corrected bill kiun nahi dety? 2. Agar lena chahen to kun se office se mily ga?
Wslam...g bilkul mill jaye ga....uss me SDO just 50k tak installments bna skta ha aur units ki correction just 300 tak....iss tra Xen ki competence 3 lac tak ha then SE and then higher ups...issi tra RO ki apni competence ha... Har aik ka apna log in hota ha...uss log-in ko use kr k foran computer generated bill bn jata ha...aur online usko fetch bhi kr sktay hain...lekin Website k issues ki wja se mostly manual bill bnaya jata ha... Ap hmesha insist kia kren k computer generated bill hi dein..
Acha air mera meter ka dis play khatm ho gya aor bil men df likh ke aya he to mujhe kuch is is kelye krna pre ga ya khud chenge kr den ge meter is ki koi fee to nahi hoti aor kitne month men chenge ho ga
@@aitizazhassan8502 You can still go to SOD'S office for the correction. We have made many corrections where consumers were affected on pro rata based billing.. I will share the verdict...
