Do you need 3-4 months to just get a spelling mistake or as you said in your last video to fix the pv capacity if it’s not correct? How many months does it takes to fix such issues? And do we have to pay the electricity bills for no reason during that time? Can you please guide us?

My file of net metering approved in mid August. Before installing green meter iesco changed my earlier 3 phase meter with AMI meter. On 4th September.Than I contacted the iesco to activate my export and they did it on 08 September. All the obis codes start showing including import and export. But at the end of month 30 September I received the bill which is the total of all the import and export combined. Mean I exported around 450 units and imported 600 units but I received 1050 unit bill of Rs 70000. Than I go to iesco cSO, they tell me that due to segment issue reading was not done properly and it will be corrected next month.and you don’t need to pay the bill. My MCO is shown on last bill already as done. Please guide me will my all export will be counted when next reading will be done? And it’s ok that I have no need to pay the present bill as they told me ?
