I forget, what do you use for balance if there are strong winds, you don't have a sail lowered weight in the middle of the floor or do you?

Hi Tech, balast is simply gear, battery and water supply secured low in the boat and there is also 3 lead bars, which I remove on longer trips when CROW is loaded for cruising longer trips! Stored low in the hull, which is shapely, well rockerred and arched, she behaves like a beachball having a coin taped to one side! The coin will always right the lighter top! CROW also benifits from a high arched cabin top to complete the beachball analogy! This and six sealed float chambers, foam insulation, means that CROW will not sink! Her hard chines also firm her up nicely in a blow! I can sit on the low side, even in harder winds! AllthebestRoy
