Getting out of there is not gonna change anything for you. The change you have to make is with yourself. Get your shit together, find work, or get more education and act like a respectable human being. Grow up!
Burque born and raised here. I love my messed up city even though there's loved ones of mine that didn't make it. These stories make me get really PTSD because it brings up so much of the past and it makes me humbled for where I'm at now. I give all the thanks to God.
I've lived in New Mexico my whole life. The emphasis there is on staying true and being loyal to family is very much a part of our culture. People don't just up and move to a different state to "better themselves" when horrid things happen down here. It becomes a part of them, both the fucked up shit around Albuquerque and the overwhelming beauty of our heritage. There's something about Burque that sticks with you. You don't just uproot yourself from everything you've ever known and leave it all behind for the unknown. It just doesn't happen that often.
That's what i did but it took everyone that i cared about dieing last one was my dad and now I'm out but burque is still in my heart it's like a incurable virus that infects and affects u in every way but now I'm gone i see the differences in "normal life" and burque life, damn things we see as "common place" are like rare and disturbing to the rest of America people in burque are just consumed by our lifestyle and don't realized how far from descent we've become in our bubble
Mark Levers there are very few if any decent paying jobs. Minimum wage was only raised to $9.00 an hour at the beginning of 2020, I literally had to work a full-time job and then two extra jobs doing yardwork and housework just to get by and pay the bills without anything extra. It’s an absolute joke. You’ll bust your ass 12 hours a day or more and still barely be able to get by or do anything extra like entertainment . At least that was my experience. I actually ended up leaving Burque in February of this year because I lived in between Lead and Coal Avenue and was tired people trying to get in my car every night, syringes all around the apartment I live in, homeless people and drug activity basically everywhere you look. It’s pathetic. Now I live in Colorado where I make $13.00 an hour just starting at a job, the street I live in is quiet and barely anyone wants to talk to me which is awesome considering everyone in Albuquerque just wanted to bother me since I was a pretty young female. The pedophiles, creeps, and perverts in New Mexico are real. Epstein had Zorro ranch in New Mexico for a reason. Because people look the other way when all this evil shit goes down. That’s kind of NM’s thing, to look the other way when there is obvious suffering.

@@high_er_frequency hi there from Fountain, north of Pueblo in CO and whats so crazy about this is what u left in NM is in Pueblo even tho the cost of living is cheaper, Pueblo has hot spots of drugs and gangs like Albuquerque, i hope ur not in Pueblo West cause the ppl i know coming and goin from there have all been stars in the mostly meth Dope Show, and since hwy 50(east and west) intersects hwy I25(north and south) its a hot spot for drug trafficking and possibly human trafficking, Pueblo is not as big as Albuquerque but there are places in Pueblo, Fountain, and Colorado Springs, covered with needles, druggies, homeless, violence, bad cops, racism, etc. And its only getting worse one day we will be as big as Albuquerque because Pueblo, Midway, Fountain will be connected to Colo Spgs, therefore will become just as bad or worse than Albuquerque

Frank's videos have been some of the most accurate videos I've seen portraying Albuquerque and all the problems it has with drugs, crime, poverty, etc. And the shots Frank gets in the background of some of the most run down areas of the Duke City to really set the mood and vibe that goes on here. Truly amazing!! Keep up the good work!!

Very sad and very true. You should make some videos on Santa Fe. They cover up a lot of what goes on over there because they want the tourists to go visit.
