Thank for your comment. Have you seen my other tuile video... this one is quite a thick paste, but the other one is a basic paste and much finer. They're both great garnishes though.

Well I had to make the tuiles again and this time they came out much better! I didn’t have an offset spatula so couldn’t get them as level as you showed. Plus sharing the oven with four line cooks didn’t make it any easier. Thank you so much!
Thanks for your comment. Liquid glucose and sugar are quite different so I don't know if it will work. I would think maybe golden syrup might be a better substitute... although it'll be darker and sweeter. If you try normal sugar, let me know how you get on.
