It worked!!! I'm new to gadgets so i REALLY needed this, also when i open core isolation the local security authority doesn't even show up, i don't know why, so I can't turn it on or off but it kept saying that it was off so i was really ticked off by it, THANK YOU FOR THIS! absolutely subscribing
wow before i had windows update from last patch Tuesday Local Security Authority Protection was working fine and CPU temps were on ave. 40C and in a game 53C. Then this update happened -- > Local Security Authority Protection off and CPU temps were on ave. 51C and in a game 57C.. NOW I DID YOUR FIX AND ALL IS RIGHT WITH THE WORLD AGAIN.. THANK YOU!
OMG, thank you so much, I was wrecking my brain about this one, read up on it on the windows website but it didn't give me a solution. I appreciate your help!
Helped me so much this issue came back shortly after updating my graphics card drivers and was driving me insane because it said it was on but kept getting told it was off so I did this and no more notifications it was driving me mad thanks so much keep in mind it’s may 5th 2023
Amazing actually before watching your video I watched another one but not helped. your video is very clear and worked out, within a minute i sorted, i am impressed and subscribed your channel. Cheers keep it up!!
This isn't a "fix" it just makes it go away. Depending on your build this could cause you problems as the boot process happens effecting the loading of system utilities. I would advise to create a restore point before doing this if seeing the error bothers you that much. Otherwise, wait for microsoft to patch it. EDIT: Oh I also would like to add to this for clarity because I'm not trying to be a jerk. When I said it isn't a fix what I mean is when you change a registry entry and you no longer see it, it's because the windows GUI no longer recognizes the entry so it doesn't display.
This is a FIX since there is NOTHING wrong. the Patch will just do what this video shows. nothing wrong and nothing preventing any system from loading and working at all.
In my laptop, it says on the device security that my local security authority protection is off, but when I go to the core isolation details I don't see local security authority protection option, only memory integrity, memory access protection and memory vulnerable driver blocklist. Why is that?
TPM security processor is still going on and off and back on again and it’s like we now can’t trust the windows security. Do they really want us to get infected or is it just bad programmers running Microsoft security ?
For me the memory integrity is on however the warning sign continues to show despite the memory integrity being on. any ideas? would this same fix apply?
On my last update I am getting this error and my local security authority protection is ON !? also on regedit I have both of files created with value 2 and I restarted the pc but error keeps showing
@@deborahackerley6337 My Core Isolation option disappeared from Security menu, after changing something. Not sure what I did, but I did not make the registry changes. I then found a Microsoft recommended procedure to get Core isolation back, by going into the Bios on Boot up, and changing a Feature named "Virtualization Technology" from Disabled to Enabled. Now I'm back where I started with Core Isolation showing up again, but with the yellow warning flag, again. I think I'll wait for a futire Microsoft correction, in due course!!
@@6maxwell99 I didn’t have the RunAsPPL key listed so I added it using the same method he used to add the RunAsPPLBoot key. After that I just restarted and the problem was fixed. I didn’t even have to install the RunAsPPLBoot key. But I stated the value to 1 instead of 2.
