    Ingredients:
    oatmeal 130g (1 1/2 cup)
    hot water 160ml (2/3 cup)
    2 eggs
    natural yoghurt 150g (1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon)
    erythritol sweetener 60g (1/3 cup) - can be replaced with sugar
    vegetable oil 30ml (2 tablespoons)
    flour 40g (1/3 cup)
    baking powder 6 g (1 1/2 teaspoons)
    baking soda 3g (1/2 teaspoon)
    walnuts 60g (1/2 cup)
    dried plums 150g (2/3 cup)
    cake mold 20cm (8 inch)
    bake at 180C (350F) for 40-45 minutes
