Bukkaked by hops... I can't say I have ever heard a term so accurate, for the first time that I could visualise so vividly. Totally agree with everything I already use and everything in principal that I don't have yet (Including merch haha). CIP is amazing! I think a good spray bottle (I use a heavy duty ~2L Nylex sprayer from Hammer Barn, best $20 I have spent) for my sanitiser is also a must. I love my Rapt pill and the all rounders for the pressure fermenting and floating dip tubes! I have heard it every where but why, when I make beer, is my hot water called hot liquor?
Hahaha and once you hear it you can’t un-hear it Yeah honestly anything to help with cleaning is such a boring purchase but so so valuable! I believe it’s because that’s the traditional name of the heated liquid that would become beer (or liquor) but I don’t know for certain… yeah doesn’t make a ton of sense to me either
I know its not sexy but tools for measuring things like a PH meter. Or a scale to measure water salts and hops, just remember if its good enough to measure cocaine its good enough for brewing 🤣 😎🍺
