I’ve been thinking about doing this for my private community just not sure how to price it we have compactors and included in your hoa but I noticed it’s hard for people to get there especially the older people I called around and going rate $48+ a month once a week pick ups
Is it necessary to provide trash bins to every complex? Or can you provide stickers with your logo for every unit to put on their trash cans that they already own? And what would be your advice to someone who recently started and does not have the capital to purchase hundreds of trash bins?
Hi Carolina, honestly, I don't think any resident would want you to place your logo sticker on their personal bins. It's very rare to finds a property that don't need trash bins since almost 99% of communities require trash bins to be provided. Best advice I can share is: Offer the trash bins, but don't buy them until you get a contract secured. Only then you will know that you will get your investment back. Hope this helps!
How much do you charge to supply the traah bins? Also how do you go about pricinv your services? One more questions what do you pay your employees that work for you?
I don't charge for the bins. They are included in our contracts. Pricing is a little complicated due to competition. I will make a seperate video for this. I do pay them $25 hr. but they are my family. I have not hired anyone outside of my family yet. Hope this helps.

Are those containers fire retardant or non fire retardant?
Hi there! They are plastic bins so there has to be a really extreme fire to melt them down. We have not tried them in the fire to be honest.
Did you get any insurance?
Yes. I have to have business liability insurance and Commercial Auto Insurance. Hope this helps you!
