I have watched videos where people go inside. I think it depends how full it is as to whether they survive but you cannot tell, you put 16 loads in first than another 18. Here in the UK most places have CCTV cameras and I have yet to find the sort of large compactors you have. I have found a 1100 litre bin I can climb inside. I concealed myself inside two large shiny black polythene bin liners so I was camoulaged. My record is currently 6 hours. I know this bin has no needles as I know what the waste is from and when collection time is. The biggest problem is leg cramps. I have yet to experience someone dump bags on me. It I love in hope !

I would pay lots of money to hide in the hopper, have you dump and compact the load, then have you dump the second load.
