Do I just cold call apartments and ask if I can run the trash for them?
Cold calling in is an option. It's best to try and walk in and speak with the property manager. You can set a meeting easier that way.

Why does it specifically focus on complexes with trash valets? Is it bad/ hard to get a contract with complexes that don’t have them ?
