In 9th grade (2018), kix responded to my insta dm asking him for a interview in a school project. Kix was my biggest inspiration in playing siege, seeing someone like me deaf in one ear playing in the big leagues and loved by the community fueled my love for the game. :((( i was planning to attend the next SI in hopes he could sign my ps4 copy and now im just heartbroken
I know for me personally Kix helped me make the move to pc gaming, I still use his aim settings from when I first moved across to the platform in 2016 which also ignited my passion for building computers and eventually my current career in I.T. Thank you Kix for helping me find my way. Fly high
This is exactly my story. Kix inspired me to move to PC so I learned how to build and built my first ever PC in summer 2016, then I used his mouse settings, had to buy a massive mouse pad for it. Rip he had a really good heart.
I watched Kix's last stream, and it's burned in my memory of him saying he's going on a drive, see you tomorrow. I cried so much when I heard he passed. An absolute legend of the scene, Kix made me fall in love with esports and the community will never forget him. RIP
This is why this channel is amazing. You are immortalizing legends, paying tribute in the right way, unlike many channels. Not just for kix but all of esports.
I play siege frequently, but watch the pro scene scarcely. Every time I do I think "what happened to Kix, the best esport caster I've ever seen" then I Google and remember and get very sad
I learned about KiXSTAr when he started casting for Valorant. He was one of NA's best casters and I was really hoping he'd be invited to cast Champions. I wouldn't say R6 is the only thing that would be the same. Valorant definitely lost one of its most promising casters when he passed away. RIP KiX.
Yeh. I like r6 more than Val but kix, intero and pansy were the only phenomenal casters we had. He was the reason I actually tuned in for VCT NA. R6 and Val both took a massive loss
Dude, as a former r6 casual player and appreciator of the competitive scene, i started playing and watching valorant more and more and got so hyped when i first saw kix cast a valorant match... it was actually so hype. Its really sad what the whole esports scene lost with his death, but the memories of him will be kept on my heart forever.
man... i started playing siege in Y2 and fell in love with Interro and Kix and slowly drifted into valorant only catching a few casted games of siege by Kix just for that nostalgia kick. now i get to binge his valorant casted games but it just wont be the same. Man was a year younger than me and it truly shines the light on that life is not long enough. rip to a legend.
He was the only reason I still played siege sometimes. I’m not a big fan of live streams but I would always find myself liking to tune into his streams
Kix you are one of the columns of the reason i put over 4k hours into this game. I heard of R6 from a friend so i went and looked it up and the first video was a pro game and your energy and you being able to explain to a 13 year old kid what's happening without making me feel dumb and like i was right there with you. Now im 17 and heading off the the Marine Corps but we will always and i mean always remember you as the person that drew me to find the game that made 100000 more memories. thank you.
I remember how I felt, when I had learned that he had died. I've been watching him for so long, and even though I stopped playing and watching Siege after Y3, I would still tune into his streams once in a while because I loved his personality. Hopefully he's resting in peace.
I found out late in the afternoon close to when I was getting off of work, I was told on Discord by my girlfriend (Both of us play Siege). I replied to her message laughing because like Parker, I also assumed it was a joke. However, when I checked Parker's Twitter and Google, my heart literally sank.
kix is a legend , legends never die, much love to him and his family , a true goat of the scene, the reason SIEGE is as big as it is rn cause we all watched him
I've never played seige in my life, and even i was shocked when i heard about his death. even me, an outsider, can see his passion and the love he put into gaming. RIP KiXSTAr
Bro... I never comment on anything, but this deserves it; I haven't touched Siege in around 2 years and none of my friends play it either, but when I used to play I loved watching KiX, he was the only caster I liked, the sole reason I had audio on for Pro League - Thought I'd watch this video for nostalgia, just to get blindsided halfway through and find out he fucking died... Jesus, man. Thats rough. He was such a good person. Played against him once in Ranked on Kafe Dostoyevsky, and as expected he fucking slapped me. Best game of Siege I ever played. Love you man; I'm not a believer, but if there's an afterlife, you're definitely in the good part. Much love man
When I used to watch pro League, Kix is exactly why I watched. His commentary was incredibly entertaining. A massive part of eSports was lost with him.
Everytime the end of his last stream clip plays. All I wanna do is scream and shout "Dont go on that drive" it makes wanna tear up by how no one knew it would be his last stream and the last time we would see him. Being there live at his last stream just makes it feel so scary in a sense that death can come anytime. . Kix, we fucking miss you so goddamn much. Rest in Peace.
No comment can express how much we miss you. You were fucking amazing and your legend will never be forgotten, thank you for all the amazing times. Your the best, thank you!

I haven’t played siege in months and this video brought me to tears remembering kix and old siege and how much I loved that game. You will never be forgotten kix❤️🩹😔
Man it’s just so sad, He was so young and I could definitely see him becoming not just the heart and soul of siege, but of casting in general, branching out to new games as they came out and cementing himself as an eSports legend, even more so than he already has.
When kix passed away I was destroyed, thank you for making a video about his story, he is genuinely one of the most amazing people I've ever seen and it's still hard to know that he's gone
This video was brilliant honestly. The day when he passed was dark, I felt empty because he was my favorite caster and just hearing that he passed away at a young age was heartbreaking. We all still miss you KiX. ❤️
Kix and intero..were my favorite casting duo from anything, seige, cs.. real sports. They were just excelent, the next SI is going to feel wrong, but im impressed with the strength parker has shown, and i hope we all can find a way to get better
Nothing can fill the void that was left behind with the passing of Kix you were an absolute legend and there isn't a single siege player that doesn't miss you. Rest in peace
When KiX passed, I knew that eventually there would be a video on this channel. Between all the narration (thanks Dimitri), clips, and interviews, I can really tell that a lot of heart and soul was poured into this video. Thank you to the team at TheScore Esports for making this tribute video. What a proper send off and memorial for an icon.
With all respect to Miles the Ross because i love him and know how amazing he is as casting, i still feel kix should’ve won the color caster award. Based on this doc and especially on what interro said about kix during the “hotncold” clip, i feel like kix was miles beyond any caster i can think of. He deserved that award man
I don't think anyone has had the impact that Kix has had on the game. The passion, the dedication, and the help he provided to the community was beyong belief. He was Siege. We all miss you so much Kix. Rest in Peace ♥️
Kix made me get into siege after watching his commentary and then going to his UA-cam and twitch he had such a passion for the game and will forever be missed by me and the siege community
I didnt know KiX and he didnt know me, but I stopped to check out on his stream every now and then. I asked him a few questions and he always answered. KiX was a cool guy and really good at what he did. It really sucks to lose someone so involved with the community. KiX will never be replaced.
Man...Normally i don't commentate at all but I got to admit I kind of cried when I heard he died. I never get emotionally attached to any celecrity but kix jsut seemes like a friend (it doesn't feel like a parasocial one at that) who really just gives his whole passion for a game we all love. I kind of quit Siege like a year ago and when this terrible news dropped i just felt something break in me. I watched a lot of pro league back in the days however i only really enjoyed interro and kixstars casting. It was always so energetic but informative a the same time. I feel like i’m typing too much but what I’m trying to say is that Kix was really a true real person. He kept it so real and always stayed humbled. Never looked down on others. Motivated and inspired many other pros and players. We all thank you Michael and appreciate you for everything that you’ve done for the community.
We miss you so much. LLK
Thank you for doing this, he was one of the only "celebrity" I actually felt truly sad for. He was a legend taken way too soon, RIP Kix
The score esports you’re legends for doing this video.
Kix commentating was what got me hooked on pro league and siege as a whole.
Kix was my biggest inspiration in playing siege, seeing someone like me deaf in one ear playing in the big leagues and loved by the community fueled my love for the game. :((( i was planning to attend the next SI in hopes he could sign my ps4 copy and now im just heartbroken
We’re all sorry you never got that opportunity
That would’ve been a weird signature. But that would’ve been awesome too. Keep making played dude.
I know for me personally Kix helped me make the move to pc gaming, I still use his aim settings from when I first moved across to the platform in 2016 which also ignited my passion for building computers and eventually my current career in I.T. Thank you Kix for helping me find my way. Fly high
Can you share the settings?
This is exactly my story. Kix inspired me to move to PC so I learned how to build and built my first ever PC in summer 2016, then I used his mouse settings, had to buy a massive mouse pad for it. Rip he had a really good heart.
I watched Kix's last stream, and it's burned in my memory of him saying he's going on a drive, see you tomorrow. I cried so much when I heard he passed. An absolute legend of the scene, Kix made me fall in love with esports and the community will never forget him. RIP
Remember being a little kid watching him now i'm a young man. rest in peace.
This is why this channel is amazing. You are immortalizing legends, paying tribute in the right way, unlike many channels. Not just for kix but all of esports.
23:45 made me smile. I bet kix never imagined one day kids would be dressing up as him. Truly gone too soon
RIP to one of the most defining, entertaining and talented people in this scene. I miss him everyday.
@@majesticmo5048 Yeah, just imagine what could’ve been for both of those games
14:25 ngl my heart melted at the chemistry correlating toward what KingGeorge Said
THE voice of siege, the voice that started my journey into esports, i wouldnt be watching it if it wasnt for SI 2018. thank you for everything kix
He was the only reason I still played siege sometimes. I’m not a big fan of live streams but I would always find myself liking to tune into his streams
Hearing his passing was so sad. He was such a great player and caster
Still Forever KiXSTAr
he gave everything he could give for siege . RIP kix , you ll be always remembered in our heart Legned
I literally had a dream about Kix casting again
kix is a legend , legends never die, much love to him and his family , a true goat of the scene, the reason SIEGE is as big as it is rn cause we all watched him
Come on man not juice world
Man, hearing his story, his connections with others, and how sudden it was is genuinely heartbreaking. He'll never be forgotten. A true legend.
I've never played seige in my life, and even i was shocked when i heard about his death. even me, an outsider, can see his passion and the love he put into gaming. RIP KiXSTAr
Absolutely beautiful, I didn’t realize how much I needed that. Thank you
His death was a huge shock. Couldn't have happened to a better member of the community.
Been rocking your charm for years Kix 😭 You were a huge part of why I love the game so much, we miss you Kix ❤️
Press F for KiXSTAr. A great Esport player, Caster, and Streamer.
Almost 3 years now. Wish you could have seen this years SI. RIP KiX
Everytime the end of his last stream clip plays.
All I wanna do is scream and shout "Dont go on that drive"
it makes wanna tear up by how no one knew it would be his last stream and the last time we would see him.
I was actually in tears watching this. Thank you KiX for helping me through difficult times. We miss you.
Never heard of the guy til now. Thanks for sharing. Definitely talented. What an amazing voice for the game.
The man who literally got me into Esports into the first place. This shit hit me so hard and even if I'm not as into R6 as much anymore, Esports will never be the same without him. There will never be another commentator duo in ANY GAME as good as KiX and Intero
I remember watching this man in his early DAYS! N loved his energy, his passion n enthusiasm was unchallenged in the community! Fly high brother !
This video was brilliant honestly.
The day when he passed was dark, I felt empty because he was my favorite caster and just hearing that he passed away at a young age was heartbreaking.
We all still miss you KiX. ❤️
i dont know much about R6 and i dont even have the game but im glad i watched this. Im sorry for your loss R6 community! RiP KiX!
RIP Kix. He didn’t just love Siege, he WAS Siege. It’s just not the same without him.
Rest In Peace KiX you are still my favorite caster and you are deeply missed by online and off
Kix and intero..were my favorite casting duo from anything, seige, cs.. real sports.
Rest In Peace KiX 💔 Legends Never Die.
I watched this vid maybe 20 Times and i still got goosebumbs. We miss you Kix!❤
Just got back into siege after taking a 2-3 year break and I just learned about KiX and I’m heartbroken
was waiting for this one, glad to see you made a video about him.
he'll always be remembered, rest in paradise kix.
I'm sad but happy I wish he could have seen this. I love the tribute.
One of his highlights was why I got the game
It really was one of my favourite pasttime activities and now we can never have those wonderful times again. It hurts a lot.
RIP Michael and my condolences to everyone who was close to michael.
You made me love this game a lot and made my life a bit brighter
Thanks theScore, Watched The Entire Video And It’s A Masterpiece For Such A Personality. Not Even Remotely Aware Of R6S Esports, And Yet Y’all Made Me Feel The Journey And The Struggles He’s Been Through. Top Notch Production As Well. Much Appreciated.
This will always make me cry
I hadn't heard KiX's voice since the news until now, and man did it hit hard. Rest in peace.
RIP Kix. loved your streams man
RIP KiXSTAr. I remember watching a whole slay of casters from other esports scenes such as Valorant, Rocket League, League of Legends and a lot others. That's how I knew truly esports really paid respect to one of it's own.
This is sad to hear of a great player like kix, met kix by playing agaisnt him in warface and then that's when I tuned in into his stream, he was a genuine nice guy, unfortunately once he left warface for Rainbow siege I couldn't follow as I had to step away from video games due to personal reasons, just getting back to gaming not too long ago. It's sad to hear Kix is no longer with us, truly a legend to any scene he played, or took part of. Rest In Peace Michael 🙏
THANK YOU I COMMENTED THIS ON A COUPLE VIDEOS AGO AND YOU HAVE DONE IT!!! He deserves to have his story told to millions! An absolute legend. We love you kix, our game would’ve never had a fire lit as bright as it is without you
I remember back in 2018 playing rainbow six siege everyday for hours upon hours and watching videos and hearing his voice, as i think of it he really did save siege. the enthusiasm, passion, and drive for the game i didn’t see from anyone else in the community. he brought the community together, condolences to the family. rest in love KiX
Rest in peace KiX. Always loved watching you.
Rest in peace kix legit the reason why I started playing seige back in 2017
I’ve only watched RSS once on twitch and immediately saw KiXSTAr commentating and was like he’s so good and it made me enjoy watching RSS this was like a year ago. Then back in December I saw RSS was live on twitch so I just tried watching and didn’t see him so I exited out. Now I watch this a realized he was no longer with us. RIP KiXSTAr!
Kix just had the absolute best energy and commentating voice. RIP king.
He will always be remembered
wonderful video I miss kiX rest in peace man
