Interro is a good teacher and a mentor. Pengu is good because he knows the game inside out, but unfortunately his english isn't quick enough for a caster (not trying to demeaning the lad, he's just not as quick and responsive when he's using english to cast)
Agreed. No one can replace KixStar. RIP. But Pengu is doing the best he can.
KiX and Interro alsso had such great Chemistry, they played off of each other so well...
I can see how hard KiX'ss Los hit Interro.

Hey i play seige a really big fan i havent been able to play as much cause my living situation but ita getting better so soon ill be able to play again i looked up to u and kix so much always wanted u to go pro and ill always sag kic was the best pro and brodcaster ive watch countless streams of both it hurts so much hes gone i have his charm and never take it off would love to play with u someday

Sadl every member of the siege "talent" are allowed to rest on their laurels and not push themselves too much.
The level of broadcasting has dropped so much since Kix's passing, the so called "talent" needs a big shift in order for this eSport to thrive. It's just not right that one person alone did all the heavy carrying in terms of improving the broadcast.
@@ryanmohan3041 to be fair, though, the new duos that stepped up after Kix's passing are doing great. Ace and Dez are a great duo, and I would even dare say they are now at par with Kix and Interro during their prime. Fluke and Hap are also good, would need some refining but Fluke's play-by-play is something.

Watching this makes me realize how much better old siege was and how much we will miss kix.
New siege is good but old siege was built different
Watching those Oregon basement rounds reminded me of how much I missed them. Overall the map is more balanced, but wish they would’ve kept basement the same
RIP Kix. No caster will ever fill those shoes. Was never a fan of his streams, but his demeanor and casting was unmatched.
I loved watching hia streams , most of the time i didn't even watch it i just listen to him rant and talk about wtv he was talking at the moment...
@@cr7ey870 he was genuinely so smart. I only watched 1-2 of his streams for a few minutes at a time but I remember both of those times he was talking about something that I couldn’t even wrap my head around. I miss hearing him cast and getting hyped with him

Man I'll never forget the feeling I got after hearing of his passing, I was gonna pop into his last stream but wasn't in the mood for siege. Wish I had've, rest easy micheal.
I met him personally at events a couple times and man do I miss him, we weren't friends or anything but losing him made siege feel empty for a couple months
@@n3onvalkyrie936 just sad that I will never be able to talk to him in person, even to have a pic. He came to Mexico but it was a closed event so didnt have the chance to go, and that was his last event. Just glad that he and interro had a last chance to cast together in person that event, because it was the first event they did after the pandemic. :(

It feels like a lifetime ago watching the old Penta/G2 roster dominate the scene. No org has come close to a dynasty like them.
I remember watching the match live on my lunch break at work. then I forgot my lunch was over and a customer came up behind me and I invited him to watch with me until the round was over. Loved G2

@@doubleutubefan5 I would watch the matches during my breaks at school, I still have some of the old original pro league charms and remember watching that amazing comeback by PENTA against EG (I think it was EG) live. Now I'm almost done with my undergraduate at uni, it feels like it was ages ago.

I haven’t played siege in so long. It will always hold a place in my heart. As a massive G2 fan, this is basically a highlight reel of my favourite moments of all r6 pro league, as well as some upsets. I wish I could play the game still but I can’t bring myself to anymore.

Watching this after SI - it's incredible to hear how many iconic moments have been cast by Interro. His end to the Penta-EG match, "they're often known as the best team in the world, never having that distinction until today" matches the one from this year, "a new generation pick up where legends left off...G2 again world champions!". Truly an incredible voice and member of the community.

After watching the clips I can confidently say I do not miss old Oregon and the horrible lighting.
I was never super involved with pro league, or any content creators on rainbow. But i did stop in to watch streams or UA-cam videos when i had the time, or if i was feeling interested in it. There was a good few months where the content i found myself going back to was kixstar’s. I’m glad his UA-cam videos are still up and his twitch as well. He will be missed. Immortalized legend.
So many of these are KiX, it's crazy how huge his impact on the community was.
