He does have a point on the scene being bland in terms of players. Like how many casual players know the names/plays/play styles of pros? I can only think of beaolu’s aim, pengu, fabain, and kantto who else. Games like league, or cs its a more entertaining scene. In cs casuals know so much of the pro scene. They can think of 5-10 pro players, highlights, iconic plays, certain play-styles. Like when you get a sick flick you think of kennys or simple. You jump through a smokes “Im stewie.” Whenever I play r6 I cant think of anything like that, besides beaulo really
siege is more tactical than csgo. there isnt as much room for that kinda stuff, and not many plays stand out. theres pengu's clutch, beaulo's ace on liquid, and everything joystick does but thats it.

I remember Penta coming back 0-2/3 it was so hype, back when Siege was at its peak with no shitty ops, gadgets, and a million strats. Acogs were there, spawn peeking was there, and I was diamond having the best gameplay of my life.
I remember the good old days of siege man, season 1 and 2. The pro league at the very start was so small and even had Xbox with Vitality winning it, Fabian and G2 were just unstoppable.
I've seen the other side of the story of this. Tge game that they beat evil geniuses in, is the game that destroyed the confidence of the Evil Geniuses team and they lost over and over again after that game.
