Great sounding Detroit, but it's newer than 74" I would say more like 79-80's. Dual 7 inch round headlights. Wider grille, small wiper inspection plate on left upper grille. Would love to install that great outback air intakes on my own.
The way a REAL truck is suppose to sound like and not like a Dyson vacuum cleaner of today's trucks.

I drove truck for 20 years starting back in the 80's and the Detroit silver 92 is the reason for my hearing loss.
