    I think the cheese you mentioned is called Alouette Garlic and Herb. It’s great on fish, burgers, and steak. I find it at Aldi. Everything you grilled looked amazing!

    Great video Maria! My husband and I thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes. My pellet smoker is about 1/2 the size as yours but I’m now going to not shy away from filling it full and having several types of meats at one time on there. We’ve not tried butcher block but when you mentioned halibut, we’re ready to order!

    Allulose is not allowed in Europe & Canada…I won’t touch the stuff

      There is no reason to wash fresh meat. You're just spreading more bacteria.

      Yes. It won’t be very smoky tasting but it does grill, too.

    What temp do you take ribs out of smoker or do you not check just 2 hours smoking time

      It has more to do with how smokey you want them since you finish them in the oven :)

      As I explain in this video, it creates a really nice bark. Always add acidity to your foods :)

    Is it because you're usins high quality meat that you don't fear cross contamination? I've just never seen anyone be so nonchalant with touching different raw meats haha everything sounds good though

      It is all being cooked to temperature. So no, I am not worried.

    Wow. 4 hours to wait for ribs. 2 hours in the smoker 2 hours in the oven. No.

      Use your oven, a crockpot, an instant pot, etc.

    It’s a small thing, I know, but it’s an important point to note - when unwrapping your meat (or any food for that matter), please don’t drag the wrapper or package it came in over your food. The outside of the package has been open to the elements including hands and fingers that have touched and prodded it before buying the product, during transport, displaying and not to mention the cashier at the end. In short, the outside of the package is not clean.

      While I totally get what you're saying and appreciate it, cooking the meat completely destroys any bacteria so I am not concerned 🙏
