Hi! Thanks for the tour ! My son is an incoming freshman from Delhi india . He had asked for a fouble but has been assigned a triple on the 12th floor in Tapestry! Lower bunk ! Was wondering - is there a place to keep suitcases and second question - is there a common kitchen for the boys too ? Coz he was saying there is no kitchen!!! Thank you
Hey! Ya students asking for doubles and getting triples is totally common these days. It’s a big reason why I asked for a triple initially so I could at least have control over who I roomed with. However with a bottom bunk, your son will have ample under the bed space which may fit some of his luggage. If there is absolutely no space in his room, he can try storing it in a common living space with permission of his suitemates! To my knowledge, there should be two microwaves on his floor BUT in the odd situation where that isn’t the case he can always go to a different floor and use their microwave. Being an international student is super amazing -I wish him the best of luck!

hummm, ig it depends on what desk you take. I didn’t mention this in the video but the layout of the beds weren’t originally like this! we actually moved the non lofted bed so that the person laying on top wouldn’t fall off (there was a gap between the wall and the bed previously). before she would have needed quite a long extension cord but since we moved everything she was fine. so as per your question, I don’t know how long mine was but you def don’t need anything huge! the rooms are quite small lol BUT do bring plenty of power strips (I had two big ones)
How large is the wardrobe of the loft compared to other other two’s wardrobe?
all the wardrobes in sixth are the same size!

yep! room sizes are the same however layout is up to you. we personally moved the beds in a way that made sense for us
If you are sharing a room and there are three of you. Where does the 3rd person put their clothes. Do you girls share the 2 closets? Or is there a 3 closet located else where?
omg i literally had the same question when I was an incoming freshman! but don’t worry, all three girls will get separate closets

wait omg I was thinking of my marshall dorm when answering this question! the answer to this is actually maybeeee. I say this only because you could probably move the two bunk beds on one side BUT if you look carefully in the video there are these RANDOM pillar like things on the sides of the walls. Thus, there is this weird gap between the bed and the wall that I literally almost fell into because the pillar just gets in the way. If you were to move bunks on one side there would def be that gap for at least one person. my recommendation is to keep the bunk beds on separate sides BUT move the beds away from the window thus there will not be a gap created by the pillar on the side- this is what we did for the non-lofted bunk bed. lmk if this doesn't make sense- I can def explain in a better way!

good question! I think they are slightly bigger than doubles but it’s really hard to tell… it’s just how I feel but I could be wrong. Regardless, the triples are still pretty cramped for three people
