To be exact, that is Mk1 cosworth sierra shape. Not RS500 shape. There are some small differences in RS500 and Coswoth. I can't remember what were the other differences, but the rear spoiler is different. (RS500 has easy to spot lip at end of the spoiler)

It looks like an rs500 to me.Coz it's got the lower spoiler on the back,extra lip on the front and extra air duck for the bigger intercooler.

"Street legal car." Well, I guess might be street legal in Great Britain (I don't know the rules of them, as they have their own rules for tuning cars). But well, Ford Sierra is an european car. That one definitely is not street legal anywhere in Europe outisde the GBR.
