Sweet dude!! I got a 94 YZ 80 bored 30 over, reeds, FMF Gold series pipe and silencer, jetted, all the works. Also have a 1999 KX 60 for a pit bike. Gonna take it apart and do the works to that one too!! Love those bikes
I love that kx60 what year bro and for a little machine that thing sure as hell moves my uncle he was letting me get a dirt bike for my birthday last April said I only had a thousand dollars to spend so I sat there looking and looking and I was going to get one of those but I'm 6'2 so that one in a really work so good I see your knees hurt when you're riding up for only a few seconds
So did I. But I recently bought another on. I had an 84’ as my first bike. But now I just picked up a 98’ it was awesome to hear it again. It scared me as a kid because it was so loud but it brought an immediate smile to my face this time. 😎👍
Also another thing I am getting ridiculed about is the way I have my crow stem brake bar when I bought the bike it was under neath the swing arm but I needed to get new brakes and when I got it back together lol I realized that I ended up putting it over the swing arm to the back brake shoe now does it really matter if I have it under or over I sure can not tell the difference but I just guess jealous people have to always put somebody down if they have something that they want and they know that they can't have LOL but like I said I see that the kx60 has it over it's back swing arm could a break pad and like I said I really don't seem a difference if anything is sure as hell stops me now LOL but does it really matter all in all cuz I still have it the way that I put it back I don't have it the way that I see everyone else has theirs except for this kx60 that I finally just seen is that way
can you reply with all the mods you made, what gearing you using fuel mixture etc please, wanna get the boys kx 60 n 65 same spec, currently stock apart from pro circuit exhaust
Dual stage boyesen reeds... or I heard the new v force 4 reeds are excellent! But do reeds an since you have a pipe on their bikes also make sure you have a high flow filter an not the stock air filter and go to your local shop tell them your mods an they will tune it exactly to spec of where you live an whatnot!
that'd a quick kx 60, so your running a 50 rear an a 13 front sprocket, then a new plug n filter with boyseen reeds?? is that right. I want to make my kids bikes go like this now I have a 65 aswell with a smaller rear sprocket n that rips but more bottom end
Bryan Micklewright my yz is faster. I have a fresh crank with less than 30 hours on it I bored it over 1mm wiseco piston (85.7 or 86.0 cc ) I put in a moose clutch basket with new plates. I ported the exhaust ports and that changed the bike

50 rear 13 front and yes the new reeds helps stop the bogging change your plug and filter foam at same time as fitting new reeds though.
Just bought a 1988 kx60 needs bottom end fixed but I get a buzz out of watching these videos of them being ripped. I’m 27🤣 still excited

If you read and watch it they both have those reeds they both have there right engine's the kx 60 is a kx 60 the yz85 is a yz85
