He played golf half of his presidency, and entertaining adversaries such as Putin, Xi, and Jong-un. Busy making sure his son-in-law made the deal with the Saudi’s for $2 billion dollars investment in their own company! He’s the only president who spent most on security detail with him and his family. He left office with highest inflation and unemployment! Including $8 trillion dollars deficit! He had the majority to pass a lot of his policies but nothing! Trump is only for big talk and empty promises.

Is there either way? Or is America just an empire in decline in general, and Trump is just the fastest track to it's inevitable demise. The hatred & fear Trump brought out in people won't just go away because he does. That genie won't so easily be put back in the bottle. Even if Trump loses & fails at the attempts to overturn said loss (be they in court or via insurrection), there will still be millions of people who will have voted for him.
Whether Trump wins or loses, there are some unpleasant realities about America that we will be facing either way... We will still live in a country that debates whether climate change is real- & fails to do anywhere near everything we reasonably could to prevent it. We still live in country with a conservative supreme court that overturned Roe v Wade- thus making it a reality that, in some states, tiny sacks of cells get more rights than a fully formed woman. And Kamala, while being an much better option than Trump, is still minimizing the genocide that Israel has wrought in Gaza. Furthermore, the fact that she isn't for single payer healthcare is 100% related to big pharma making major campaign donations.
