Mom and dad must be looking forward to these chicks venturing further, so they can enjoy the rest of the summer in peace. Their work is nearly done, and what a terrific job they’ve done. A wonderful mother's work is never done, even when her little floofs have fledged! So nice of Sol to return to the nest and has no shame in letting everyone know that! 😁❤🐥💐

Have you guys seen a juvie doing the mating e-chup like what Sol does for a bit starting at 0:50? That's so cool--a brief listen into a slightly older Sol before she goes back to juvie screaming

Perhaps Sol witnessed her parents bonding. Or not--she would've certainly screeched at such a sight. Maybe her bonding instincts !kicking in a little early--lol
Eclipse did the e-chups for a bit today! It was at about 10:28am local time on the southwest camera :)
