Your only just realising that Gordon is the real deal. He's been undoubtably the best no gi grappler for the past 4-5 years and possibly the best no gi grappler of all time.
Pedro has an insane amount of conditioning to be able to withstand that hot and suffocating body weight of Gordon. He still was very composed throughout. Definitely an elite level grappler and a perfect match for Gordon Ryan.

These matched fights have not been with opponents of the same level as him. It doesn't impress me to see an ADCC champion crushing a guy who was never champion there and even lost to him.

Mostly lots of mat work. Some dudes add cardio and resistance training but I like mat time and proper recovery.
Nothing works like sparring reps for cardio. Just spar a lot and add typical cardio on top of that. But mainly sparring for grappling cardio.

So this is the guy huh, I didn't know Ryan was a legend in this sport but I guess he trains with or under the John Dahner system hmm well I can kind of see the trickery it's pretty impressive and unforgiving and to be singing wow that's pretty amazing . Subtle but alot of technical high level stuff being demostrasted

It doesn't impress me to see an ADCC champion crushing a guy who was never champion there and even lost to him.

Yes, he definitely toys with people and tries to get specific submissions. It may not be great sportsmanship, but in his defense he’s so much better than everyone else at the moment that if he didn’t do this, he would probably win most matches so quickly and easily that the sport would be boring for him. But you’re right, he get people’s backs and then gives them up-on purpose-all the time.
