Pro wrestling had time limits for 60 years big blood feud pay off matches had no time limits. Jiu jitsu should treat and market themselves like pro-wrestling, they are already extremely similar
Regarding the 1h44m mark, why doesn't an ice bath get below the high 40s F? How could an ice-bath technique be modified to get the water colder like the $20k Blue Cube (circulating at 37 degrees) or Morozko (34 degrees) ? Considering a refrigerator outputs 32-40F (0-4C), I'd love to remodel a bathroom, such that with a flip of a switch somewhere, the water coming out of the shower-head is near ice-cold!
The hypothetical technology analogy he said is wrong. The use of weapons by nerds is not analogous to the development of jiu-jitsu. The nerds are using a new weapon. Gordon is using the same jiu-jitsu everybody else is using. He just does it better. Good plug for his dvds though. 😂
Mo Jassim Is also pretty famous in the twitch community, Motar2k was his nickname and he was well known for donating huge amounts of money to Counter Strike streamers
Just here sharing some love and knowledge. Knowledge is power! The part where they're talking about cold plunging. I love the concept but studies and other pro athletes suggests that it stops hypertrophy. Cold plunge seems good if you're goal is recovery, not if your trying to building muscle or get stronger. Some food for thought. Do cold plunge on days when you don't work out! The part where they are talking about Vitamin D, it's dam true! I take 10k IUs daily and tripple dose once a week. Feel strong, better....insane!
What the f, i was pretty sure Gordon already told that story about John Danaher, furnitures, Wifi and all that, then i figured maybe he mentioned it on somewhat else's podcast, and is telling Joe about it first time. In the end it took me 36 minutes to realize this was a podcast from 2 years ago...

Yeah, but Nicki Rod has the benefit of training with the best guys in the world. Whereas Gordon now does not have the facility anymore. Now the rest of the death squad separated themselves. How long can Gordon not train with the best in the world, and still be the best? Just take Nicki's money, and scratch the itch that I have got.
I can't talk/listen to Jiu-Jitsu speak aaaaaaall freakin day - but Gordons vocal fry is like nails on a chalkboard to me. If he gets excited and actually talks he's good. But the lazy rambling is just murder.
joe finally brought nicky ryans brother back, he brought his water boy along too!

Just take Nicki's money, and scratch the itch that I have got.
CJI baby!
This Gordon geek, he's no Craig Jones.
CJI is going to embarrass ADCC lol 😂
Don’t know why they released this old stuff. Everyone knows the Craig jones invitation is where it’s at in 2024
Bro wishes he was Craig Jones so bad
This is from a long time ago.
I'd like to hear a "bit" with Gordon impersonating Mark Normand 😂
Who cares if it was in 2022
Is this a repeat, because Gordon Ryan is telling the same stories as last time
Joe is listening off all the reasons he's so good.... I was waiting for him to drop steroids.
Who is the oldest competitor? Maybe Megaton… still doing the damn thing against prime adults.
Gordan is the best!
Marcelo is the actual GOAT. Full stop.
Why no bare knuckles in UFC? because UFC doesnt want 10x more blood on the mat and faces
The supplementary guest thinks he’s the one being interviewed
Always read the comments cause I prob would’ve went 2 hours and not realize it was 2 years old
CJI is the future
I can't talk/listen to Jiu-Jitsu speak aaaaaaall freakin day - but Gordons vocal fry is like nails on a chalkboard to me. If he gets excited and actually talks he's good. But the lazy rambling is just murder.
Watched the 1st 30 minutes before realising its a re-run ! Gutted !
This is a re-upload
Not a word on CJI....interesting i would expect them to know the future.
How much did Mo pay to have this reuploaded?? Anything to stay relevant other then pay there athletes
That gotta be a banger
CJI is going to embarrass ADCC lol 😂 … Just a FYI
Craig Jones is the real GOAT, iykyk 😉
I think Zuck is intentionally not following his regular account. He doesn't like his personality but wants to learn from him. Not that complicated.
Ryan is one giant vocal fryyyyyyyyaahhhghhghgggg😂❤
