Hi Mike. Good one. Read your message other day, vitamin B levels low. Had a similar problem. Had the same problem - caused by chronic allergies, affecting the digestive system as well as the usual problems. Mucous membranes swell, caused angioderma think it's called, affecting ability to absorb nutrients. Thiamine B1 and B12 mainly, but others also. Solved by taking high strength Vitamin B's and an antihistamine a day, and also limit amount of beer etc. and tea and coffee, drink mainly water. It worked. It's an age thing. Struck me mainly from around 40. 👍
Thanks Huw! Wow, 40 is too young to be getting stuff like this. Imagine, Britney Spears is 41 and we think of her as a kid. Still, I had 6 months of hell from a flu shot when I was 40 so I guess it can happen. I don't know the cause of the deficiency in my case, but I suspect it might be Nexium and Pepsid causing the depletion (they didn't know stomach pills could deplete B-12 back when they started prescribing them for long term use, mine were prescribed back in 2007). But it could still be pernicious anemia doing it. Still too early to know what has really been going on, and not sure I won't end up with an entirely different diagnosis where my right ear, neck pain problem is concerned. So, got the first shot on Wednesday, will be getting them from now on, although not weekly like right now. Not out of the woods yet! It is partly a waiting and watching game (what if the shots don't help?) but also have to finish the diagnosis process with an MRI and an ENT (or anything else the ENT or GP might order), and may not get in to see an ENT until October. But I suppose I will know if I am feeling any better if I ever start feeling better. Knocking on wood.

Every so often the word "frost" would make me remember it or "Shapes of Things" by The Yardbirds or the film Things To Come, so was always on the periphery of memory. I had it recorded on reel-to-reel, but never owned it.
Ha! Shows how young I was at 14. I never even knew there was a movie with a character named Max Frost (and his "troops") in it that this song came from ... until a few days ago. I always thought it was a hit song by a great 'one hit wonder' psychedelic band.
Thanks Jim! I'm sorry to see you gone from Vimeo. Now those Sat and Fri Night Oldies channels I created look rather bleak and singular, with only my work on them largely. What happened, was it another copyright strike? I still have mine at Vimeo hanging over my head like swords of Damocles, and I don't think Vimeo has a time period for when they expunge the strikes like they do here on YT (three months here). I guess we would both be wise to hook up at a second platform. Nowhere is safe anymore these days. I am and have been at Dailymotion since February 2019. But there is no real community there, it is very hard to get a video accepted there (about 1 in 10 tries on average) and most views are from people scouring Bing videos. There's got to be a better platform (or at least as good) to work as a second to YT besides Vimeo. Hope you find a second home (second after your YT channel) soon!
