    I typically dry t-shirts way faster than that by placing them in the microwave for 10 to 22 seconds are then take it out. Spin it around my head a few times till it cools off a bit. Put it back in the microwave. Do that a few times. Dry 4 minutes maybe

    I'm currently making a press strainer out of two washing bowls. One bowl is going to have a series of holes in the bottom, and the other bowl, which will sit in the first, will be weighted down with some weights. The towel method would be ideal for getting rid of the remaining moisture fast. Also, the first bowl will need to have clearance for the water to drain away, and settled on some suction hooks for feet.

    • @Organizing-TV
      @Organizing-TV  3 роки тому +8

      That sounds like a really interesting project! It would be great to see a video of it in action once it is complete.
      Are you planning to use the towel method on a lot of clothes? Because you should keep in mind that as the towel absorbs moisture it will become less effective each time.

    Thanks a lot! I even made my own method based off the burrito method. I like calling it the "cinammon roll" method. I used a swimming towel from back when i was swimming. I put the pants on the upper part of the towel (orizontaly) After you fold your towel around 2-4 times orizontally (bassed of how wide the towel is). After itll be a thinner line and roll it like a cinammon roll. Then you just secure the roll with a elastic and dry it for 5 minutes.

      Wow, that is really clever!
      Thanks for sharing with us 😀 I'm going to try this out too.
      I have a few mincrofiber towels that I think would work really well for this. But I'm sure even a regular towel would help dry them even faster than the regular burrito method

    • @phonechecked
      @phonechecked 2 роки тому

      I believe most micro fiber towels drying isn’t recommended? Has to do with they dry too a temperature that makes their lack is moisture flammable.

      Exciting! I recommend buying a drying line that you can hang up inside, or a small drying rack that you can keep at your accommodation. They're both pretty cheap, and can be put away when not in use. The only drawback is that they take up room while the clothes are drying.

    I did our laundry today and used our oil heater to dhang then one by one...takes a while bt if u got a lot of clothes to dry, u can spare a day doing it. They are so nice n warm after 🥰😏

      Great tip!
      Wearing freshly dried clothes is one of life's best pleasures 🥰
      Note: For others who want to do this - make sure that you keep the clothes at a little bit of a distance to be safe.

      Yes it will work on anything, but it takes a little longer to dry if the hoodie is thick

    What I did was use my box fan thats in the window. I've hung my wet clothing in front of it. Dried overnight. I'm not sure it would take that long. I've just been setting it up before I slept then woke up and it's all dry. I can't keep using this method because it's winter. So i went to look at this

    I need to dry my bed sheets fast, it’s night time now and I can’t turn the dryer on because of the noise. This method won’t work hahaha 😂
    Not even hanging because it’s too big!
    But this looks great for smaller items!
    👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😂

      Haha I'm sorry to hear that! I have had success hanging them over a drying rack with a heater next to it in the past, but it is a lot slower. Hopefully you were able to dry them in time
