If a men has to complain to the police that my wife or girlfriend is blackmailing to file a false rape case. The police hardly or rarely takes action....

most laws r fucked up , innocent people suffer even its a man or a women. with nearly 7-8000 dowry deaths/yr...and with fake cases on husband, police reforms and better laws needed to tackle this issue is necessary.
Laws favour women and they misuse the laws. Gender neutral laws are required.

I have seen 498A matters personally in my family. Even after 21 years someone in family has got 15 judicial custody.
You mean after 21 years of Marriage?
No after 21 years of filing FIR one of the accused didn't show up to court for 21 years after several arrest warrants and when police luckily caught him the judge gave him 15 days of JC. But as the system works he got bail from women attrocities judge after 2 days.

And y was he arrested and not the girl also. Now if rajveer is proven innocent. I am sure the girls identity will not be revealed plus not charges against girl.....

Accused has a proof to establish that the allegations leveled against him is totally false in nature. Under this circumstances, can the accused file a police complaint against witness under section 120A, 182, 199 and 506.
Tell me 1 thing any person who has been arrested has to be presented in front of the magistrate so can't we show evidence there and get bail

Kamal ka law hai aapna desh ka jahan innocent ladhka jail ja rha hai fake dowry ka cases mai wahi dusri tarah dowry ki wagh se murder ho rha hai aur police kuch nhe kr rhi. Mtlb kam karna hai ya bekar main hum loga law se justice ka wait kr rha hai kya bakwas hai. Why there is no proper law against such cases where girl put fake case on boy. Where we need a equality is emotional aspect but all they give us this power to abuse innocent
Girls would be discouraged if ever they start penalizing these sort of cases. This is India, and muscle/money power plays a major role.
We have to ensure that girls/boys do get justice. Advocates (in absence of evidence) might actually prove a true case as false and girl would suffer in that way more. That'd become a norm , not to report such cases, doesn't matter how much ground it holds.
We need to figure out a better way of delivering justice than discouraging other party.

What happen most of the time is people kill themselves because of so mental torture but again the new law that came suggest that if a women kil herself because of dowry then accused will be put in jail for life while more men are dying( suicide) because of false cases but no arrest can be done as there is no law to punish those women.

Man the biggest problem with this law is that sometimes dowry happens which is consentful from both families but lets say if ur wife gets divorced then if she is unhappy with u she can lie and make falls allegations that they threatened and u r done . I m not saying that threatener shouldnt be jailed but when u make law so polarised and subjective it is abused , sometimes bride family gives dowry in forms of gift just as a tradtion or from good of their heart but that can be still used against u , we gotta play the game right boys otherwise we fked

I am a 26 year old man and my family is going through the worst time of our life because we are the victim of dowry case.,my sister just after 3 months of marriage had to face all the worst things by those bastards . My father gave him and his family what they demand because of his daughter happiness and successful marriage life,his whole life savings gone just to Fulfill their endless thirst for money .but after 3 months they start showing theirs true face by mentally harassing my sister and the worst thing is she alone have to take all the pain when the bastard mother father and sisters and brothers in-law harrassed her, worst thing is that they don't fear law , police because they know they can easily manipulate the police by money and as per court they have these rights that u just mentioned.
Sometimes I feel we don't require these law and court system helping the criminal and punishing the victims.

Recently there is same dowry Case in Rajasthan mahendragarh on news channel the guy accept the marriage at ₹1 .later he start abusing girl saying she and her family didn't give anything and demand at least a Fortuner car , otherwise they (family)can take there girl back. And that guy is government employee so ..this is condition of society right now.

Indian laws are based on British colonial laws. An in colonial laws police is supreme, courts are just for show.
