Thumb Butte Loop - A Scenic Drive - AZ

Thumb Butte Loop is a scenic drive in Prescott, AZ. Also Known as FS 373, there are several camping spots along the way. Plenty of hiking/mountain biking trails in the area. The road itself is very easy and in good shape. There is an excellent scenic overlook at the high point of 6,973Ft elevation.

A sad note about Thumb Butte Loop. recently a car went over the edge and the driver did not survive. I'll link the story here from one of the local news stations.
