The amp I'm using will do bridged 300 watts at 4 ohm. Would the single voice coil 4 ohm be my best option? Just thinking about putting 1 in my saddlebag.

I have the DS18 PRO-W10.4SNEO 10" ? What are the differences between the two speakers?
The Pro-W10 series are Woofers, not subs, cant go low like these. The W10 can do 40hz - 5khz, the PSW can do 20hz-800hz , more low bass frequencies.

Do you mean the NXL series? the marine 10 and 12?
