Anyone ever been to a police auction where they sold off confiscated vehicles? I haven't either but, I have a neighbor who did and actually bought a nice little Toyota Camry for his daughter to drive. After doing the paperwork, found out the car was used for drug dealing, asked (and got) the Drug enforcement unit to do a sweep of the car (dog search), got a clean sweep (with paperwork saying so). He drove the car to the local tag office to get it registered. Came out of the office with the tag, low and behold, there was another officer (with his K9) blocking him in. Officer told him his K9 had alerted on the car. Neighbor was detained until more officers showed up, including the Officer and K9 that previously cleared the car at the auction. Previous officer and K9 did another sweep, found a little packet of Heroin tucked up under the rear bumper. Neighbor arrested, off to the jail they went. To make a long story short, his legal team got all the CCTV footage of the area they could lay their hands on. Guess what it showed. Now there is one less bad officer on the force and my neighbors' daughter got her a NEW car, courtesy of the local PD.
I like how though he’s annoyed he keeps his composure with the officer who just blatantly lies to his face. I hope he’s able to Sue for constant harassment or something, because that is just ridiculous. Leave the man alone
Mate he's wrongly done a solicitor. The solicitor is going to get damages and that guy will never see a promotion or anything. Basically doing an office job for rest of his life.
If this was in America and the guy was black, viewers would be screaming about how it is racial profiling and the guy would get a $5 million settlement.
@@spacecowboy1438 I sort of agree, but honestly I doubt the cop is a psycho because he's actually quite polite. Apparently this has happened 10 times because somehow his car is in a database. Maybe it's the "harass this guy" database?
@@brianbagnall3029 Like I said, him not being a psycho just makes it worse. They just act like anything they do is normal because they are a cop. You see a lot of it in America now that the cards are on the table, cops who don't know the basic protections of the Constitution so they violate it openly and use secret "databases" or intelligence gathering tools so that they can "just so happen" to pull over a smuggler who has caused no reasonable suspicion.
I believe they're using our cell phones to track us, at least that is my suspicion. A guy I know keeps getting pulled over for dwi however there aren't enough cops around here to mess with anything like that, they are too busy with major crimes in this blue city. Imagine if they have your cell info, watch on a computer where you are, notify a cop that you are on your way home after being at a bar, tell the cop exactly where you are then pull you over. This is our brave new world of slavery to the government.
@@brianbagnall3029 if you think he's being polite, you're as naive than a child. He's being a dick, insulting this guy saying he's not a lawyer because he isn't "wearing the right clothing or proving it in any way." He's only acting "polite" so he can "politely" manipulate him into getting out of his car to search, without any real reason (why the cop used the old "I think I suddenly smell cannabis.") Took him minutes to mention it, yet he pulled him over for a "call of him dealing drugs." If he smelled it before, he'd have followed dealing drugs with "and I smell marijuana". But he didn't, because it was only a tactic to further manipulate the situation. As someone who uses it regularly, you don't just catch a whiff 2 minutes into standing next to the car. If it's in an enclosed vehicle, and it's not airtight, you'll smell it the second you walk up to the window. If you think "but he said they got a call about it", that's a regular tactic used by police, most prominently in America. They justify bullshit searches with "we got an anonymous report." If you didn't see any of that, you should probably pay more attention to those around you because you'd be so easy to manipulate and gaslight.
In England this is mandatory. When going to bed for a nights sleep they are allowed to remove shoes, tie and jacket, but these must be put back on once they get up (other than for a short ablutions break - an allowance of 5 minutes is given on two occassions per 12 hour period) to resume daily activity.
You can in fact wear pyjamas printed to look like a suit. Only during the hours is darkness though. This can help prevent creases occurring in daytime solicitor attire.
We all know the cops that pulled him over 5 times before, all added notes in their computer system that he was a prick and NOT to remove his car description for the next 10 years (as a petty REVENGE tactic.)
"Aussie Cossack" in Australia embarrassed a few coppers on video. So much so, he became the subject of an 'FPO' (Firearms Prohibition Order) - despite the fact he'd never owned or had interest in firearms. But an FPO gives the "legal" right to stop and SEARCH on contact. He started getting stopped, and searched, every time he drove his car. Don't worry, he started locking toolboxes inside toolboxes (etc) and handing the plods a WAD of keys, and livestreaming their ineptitude at performing a search! Sadly, he breached a court suppression order on "naming" an individual, and ended up in hiding in the Russian Consulate. There ARE honest coppers around, typically found in IIB (Internal Investigation Branch).
In that situation, I would sell the car. Next time they pull the car over it's someone else's problem. Once they discover the car has a new owner they would have to stop pulling it over
"Your car matches the description" equals "you are 100% guilty until proven 100% innocent and even then, we're going to try and pin something else on you".

The cop actually DID pull the "I smell weed" trick. Even after he gets called out for it he continued with "Well I do get a whiff" Desperate. Wonder who in the police department this gut pissed off in court.
Likely he's made a cop look stupid in court, so the b'stard has put his car's registration number on some kind of "known drug dealer" database. Policing should be done by adults, not vindictive children.
"All Stations, All stations, be on the look out for a car, it has a wheel on each corner, windows, a boot and a bonnet, it's a whitish shade of redish black, which might appear yellowy green in certain lighting conditions, The driver is a brownish white male/female who may look jaundiced and has hair (it could be a wig), eyes nose and a mouth"
All stations be on the lookout for someone driving a car that looks like a cop car pretending to be a lawful cop. The phones would be ringing off the hooks up and down the country.
Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) - his car registered on this database - UK Police say "We use ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) technology to help detect, deter and disrupt criminal activity at a local, force, regional and national level. This includes travelling criminals (those using the road network to avoid being caught), organised crime groups and terrorists." So he rubbed up some "officer" who added his car to the database. Been done before and is corruption. That is why he has raised a complaint. And the "officers" excuse drug trading reported - because reg already run and targeted the car.
They don't care about any of that. He's got a marker on the car which is code for "This guy upset the Thin Blue Line gang, target him". The officer is fully aware that there is no purpose for the stop other than to harass someone for his fellow gang members.
You seem to be a target. They can and will do anything they want to you in the field. Your only option is to shine a light on it in court no matter how silly you look or how trivial the fight is. Take them to court.
I thought the same thing, but lying cops would have no problem adding falsified data into their call logs/database! It's high time Stop-and-Search was rescinded because they are simply using it as a tool to harass and intimdate, and increasing the distrust in the police by doing so!
There was NO call the coppers in the UK can pull a car under section 163 of the road traffic act, he is on the ANPR which is a database of people to watch out for, if your on it you wil be pulled over by every cop in the country for NO reason

@@hizzlemobizzle Why is it staged or why did he stage it? Firstly dash cams are designed to capture the widest shot possible to capture as much evidence as possible, that camera is deliberately zoomed in to him, thereby removing the so called police officer from the shot completely. The police do not talk like that, any policeman will tell you within 30 seconds of hearing him he is not an officer. That's an old trick. If a cop angers someone enough, they will react. The cop then gets to arrest the person for "disorderly conduct" and "breaching the peace". If there isn't a charge there, you elicit one.
Nothing but chancers. Something similar happened to me on my bike. "There's been a spate of bike thefts in the area.......", "Switch off the engine", "Take your helmet off....", "License and reg blah blah blah.". Then he asked if I was insured. I _began_ to say I don't have any insurance.....and he was like "OH YOU DON'T HAVE ANY INSURANCE?!?!" I noticed him getting a bit giddy at that point. I said whoa whoa whoa hang on there, let me finish.....I don't have any insurance ON ME. The disappointment, the annoyance etched across his face.....it was all I could do not to laugh. So he checked it all out on the tablet thing he had and all was good. He couldn't get back into his car fast enough. There was a distinct smell of pork in the air. Like I said, chancers.
They love those lines. There are certain buzzwords the police use. (Insert any crime) has been happening in the area. In the current climate. If a cop ever comes up to you just say "no comment cunt" if everyone dud that maybe these lazy good for nothing scumbags would actually have to do some work
This is so very true unfortunately in America. Our police think that they're a paramilitary police force. I found this out when I went to report an officer for watching a teacher abuse my 9 year old son, and even heard that teacher admit that she was in a boy's bathroom with my son with his pants down. No investigation, but instead I ended up going to jail under false charges and sitting in jail for over 2 1/2 years without a trial. The police here also have no issues with breaking the law because they know that the other officers will protect them.
Look at the criminal problems in the USA. Inner city gangs running rampant and free, as well as millions of illegals. We have a criminal issue, not a police issue.
What I am impressed by is the level of self restraint that the man being pulled over has. I can tell his blood is boiling but he remains cool. Having control over ones emotions is a good skill to have.

I love British humor. The conversation is so funny and witty even in the most serious situation. You would think this is a sketch of a sitcom or some sort.
You still have your rights....which was handled well...the officer should be disciplined on this. They cannot search if they have no evidence. Before weed became legal here I got pulled over for suspicion of driving under the influence. The officer pulled me over shortly after I turned onto a street that he was waiting on, he didn’t have time to evaluate my driving and claimed he could smell marijuana as I passed. What he was smelling was a dead skunk that was on the road just ahead of my truck. He didn’t like the fact that I pointed out the skunk and he insisted on searching my truck, saying the skunk was a cat. I replied with something along the lines of he watches too many Peppy Le Pew cartoons as a kid and can’t tell the difference. He got all sorts of mad, and while he was away checking my info, I called 911 to request a supervisor as I don’t feel like this officer is capable enough to do his job properly. They must have gotten on the radio with him as he came back to my truck all sorts of pissed and just to prove I’m lying, he also requested a K9 to sniff my truck. Ok, enjoy. It took about an hour, but the super and K9 both showed up at the same time and wouldn’t you know, the Super watched more Animal Planet than Loony Tunes and could tell the skunk was a skunk, and the dog found nothing. The officer that pulled me over was ordered back to the station, I was given an apology from the Super and let go.

At the point that he didn't have evidence to search his vehicle.. the officer attempted to search his registration and license to try and get evidence that he didn't have. I'm a cop. This officer is wrong. The solicitor is free to go. If you ever encounter an officer like this, act as the solicitor did, Document everything, and fight it in court. Don't give an officer like this what he wants.
Even if he was a drug dealer, when on earth has society been made better by police officers doing this kind of thing? Show me a list of major drug busts of very minor drug dealers. Zero. Defund half the police and put the money towards lowering taxes.
half the police? You do realize that they do a ton more than just going after minor drug dealers. A traffic officer might pull over 70 drivers a week, and maybe 5% of those drivers are drug dealers. BUT I do agree that pulling over this driver 5 times is insane, and the officer could have easily verified that and let the driver on his way.
You are quite basic indeed. Defunding police is probably the worst thing you can do to try and prevent this. There'll be fewer police officers with less training, meaning more stressed out and less capable. It will lead to far more terrible interactions. @@ubahnub "or a proper audit"... bingo. There are NO audits whatsoever: how much do police get paid? How much revenue do they bring in? How much is paid out in settlements? I guaranty that if the call log was checked they would find that no report of, " A vehicle matching this description was reported selling drugs in the area". Previous officer and K9 did another sweep, found a little packet of Heroin tucked up under the rear bumper. Neighbor arrested, off to the jail they went. To make a long story short, his legal team got all the CCTV footage of the area they could lay their hands on. Guess what it showed.
He's being a dick, insulting this guy saying he's not a lawyer because he isn't "wearing the right clothing or proving it in any way." Took him minutes to mention it, yet he pulled him over for a "call of him dealing drugs." If he smelled it before, he'd have followed dealing drugs with "and I smell marijuana".

They should know better than to mess around with lawyers. They've given him all the ammunition he needs to sue them and that is his profession.

I assume this is Australia, and they have the same issues as we have in America. I do not know Australian Law but here in America we do have a tiny bit of protection called the Constitution. It gives us a bit of ammo to sue police for abuse of power, but not enough to stop their abuse totally. Smelling pot or alcohol is their go to excuse in America as well.
You meant sue the taxpayers
This is in England. Not only the copper's accent but sections 163 and 164 of the Road Traffic Act were mentioned.
@@stevegee8010 sounds like Scotland to me. No?
I think the solicitor is an Aussie working in the UK.
@@shannaveganamcinnis-hurd405 no. Learn your accents.
This was the most pristine, polite violation of mankind's rights of travel I've ever witnessed!CHEERS BROTHER
there is no such thing as a "right to travel." There are rights to access the services of an area. But no right to do that in a "motor vehicle." You must follow the law or common law of the area.
@@williampickering8484 the law only restricts the way you are allowed to travel, such as needing to have a driving license, and so on, but no one can forbid you to travel if you are respecting the law. There is no such law which allows an individual to restrict another from traveling if he is law abiding.
You realise this video is fake don’t you?
Looks like this is a worldwide problem.
Corrupt copper like politicians should be publicly flogged.
We need to regain truth honestly and integrity within public service. This means an effective deterrent!
“If you’re not carrying anything [illegal], you’d allow us to have a look around…”
Presumed guilty, pressuring into compliance. This is exactly where your rights are headed if you don’t defend them.
I saw one vid where the guy allowed them to search his car. They tore it to bits. Seats out, carpets out, steering column and dash out. Didn't find anything and left the guy with a car in a heap of parts.
I’ll assume the man is a Defence attorney. And has likely gotten a client off due to police incompetence. As a result an upset petty cop has put the man’s car on a ‘suspicious vehicle/drug watch’ list as retaliation.
My thought too.
😮
Bingo!
This is why the U.K should have gun rights like the U.S - government is never your friend. Every nation shold have a 2nd amendment.
Whoa you get to just reach into the center console like that and not die. Cool.
😂😂😂 right?!?
Imagine that! 😮
The British accent makes it all sound so polite haha. I love it!
Imagine that copper actually needing the help of a solicitor one day and this guy shows up 🤣
Once we can figure out what you've done wrong we'll let you know why we pulled you over ok.
Exactly!
I am amazed how UK police officers are so calm while still being rude at the same time. Its as if I am talking to a customer care lol
THERES NO SITUATION THAT EXIST THAT THE COWARDS THAT ARE THE TERRIFYINGLY IGNORANT COPS/ POLICE/LEO’s WILL NOT ESCALATE AND MAKE MUCH MUCH WORSE ! COPS HAVE ABSOLUTELY FAILED THIS COUNTRY AND ITS CITIZENRY IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE !!!! PLEASE FOR YOUR SAFETY RECORD THEM ALWAYS AND RECORD FOR YOUR FELLOW CITIZENS !
Good advice. Twice now Ive become sorely aware that I had to de-escalate the situation with the gestapo because they were doing all they could to provoke and escalate the situation. No, Im not a criminal and never have been.
@ thugs tend to be loud
I saw the all-caps and immediately stopped reading. This comment is the most attention I could give you.
Because every lawyer I know wears a suit and tie 24/7🤦🏻♀️
He needed to tell the OffiCer that He would be included in the lawsuit!👍
I also smell a strong odor of marijuana. I think it's coming from the bag of pot in my pocket.
That's odd, all I can smell is bacon.
Embarrassed to say I'm a little glad to see that you have similar problems over there as we do in the States. Misery loves company don't you know.
It never surprises me and makes me sad that how little law enforcement knows about the law and does not respect it, even worse they think the badge gives them a right to do so. They never hesitate to abuse their power when it makes them feel in control but will neglect their duty and oath to uphold the law when needed.
They know all the important things to keep them in the clear. They don't give a damn about anything that may help you.
You realise this crap is fake right?
And all along he had enough in the boot to take down a pack of elephants 😂
Officer: I smell cannabis.
Driver: It must be coming off your uniform (pause for effect) from your last encounter with a user.
This video is fake anyway
"Here We Go Again" He's done this before (Solicitor) more like a stalker . 5 times this month. P.S. this didn't happen in the United States.
If the guy was black, this would have been on the news everywhere
Yes, (the cop would be in big trouble), as it's illegal to pull over black peeps for any reason, as they will not be charged even if they are career criminals or murderers!!!
To be honest, you do look Australian.
I think he kind of looks like Michael Palin.
He looks like both a guy who would pull over and help you try and fix your car, and a guy you would not want to tic off in a pub
@@Mike-bp2hh Dude, the British are some very angry people.
We have our suspicions. Classic statement.

@ no one. I’m calling out fake clickbait crap. Did someone hurt you that you wish it to be real?
This corrupt officer needs to go back to school or get sacked
I’ve lost almost all respect for police I used to always support them until i had some bad experiences with them and met some real a holes and seen them do some slimy things to people we need a change
Well in my case over the years we have been robbed at our home 7 times and the Sheriffs department has never arrested or charged any one, but when we tried to get a squatter off our property they threatened to arrest my 80 year old mother for trespassing on land that they knew she owned.
Yep
never speak to them
never help out in any whatever shape or form
expect nothing from them
record every encounter just in case
This is why the U.K should have gun rights like the U.S - government is never your friend. Every nation should have a 2nd amendment.
It's not real...
Glad I’m not the only one who sees that
Always film the police!
Especially for UA-cam🧐🤔😂🤣
We need a short, catchy slogan for that.
"FTP"?
They do the, “I smell pot” bit here in the US too. I’ve never smoked it in my life but I’ve been accused of smelling like it numbers of times as an excuse to search me. One time I was even walking down the street and a Cop drove by me twice,,,, with his windows up, then stopped and asked to search me. When I asked on what grounds? He said because he said I smelled like pot…. (Both ways,,, in his car, with the windows up)
Cool story bro. This video is fake though
Dude needs to wear his suit 24/7 otherwise hes not a solicitor.
He’s not a solicitor anyway… and the guy you don’t see isn’t a cop. Because this video is fake
Me and a friend were strolling along one day and got stopped and searched by police who said we matched burglars in the area. We both laughed which upset them but we emptied our pockets anyway. We had a guitar pick each which they wanted to confiscate as evidence of our burglary tools 🤣
As if you lot dont realise this is fake 😂 gullible clowns... This "solicitor" doesn't even know what he's waffling on about and the "officer" is speaking like no officer.
Good to see someone who can see this. Why wouldn’t you move the camera to see the ‘cop?’ And they get the law wrong. Absolute fake crap
