The most stream song in Nigeria in 2023 doesn't have log drum. "Lonely at the top" no African song that came out this year has more streams than commas by ayra starrand it doesn't have log drum. Joey akan is an agenda pusher!!

Same thing I thought. With everyone trying to be ‘alte’ in their way in Lagos alone, new sounds will continue to come out. Before Amapiano we went through a different era every 15 months, it will happen again.

The end justifies the means. Let watch who rules Africa music. Nigeria's music diversity gives them longevity. Nigeria's involvement in Amapiano is temporal cos its a genre that will die of quickly and they know this. Amapiano is already sounding too homogeneous and boring.

I'm a Nigerian but this is a big lie, amapiano is here to stay.
      Would it evolve? Yes!!!
In fact it has evolved when Nigerians hopped on the wave and started mixing it with afro elements.

@@MJWemoto heyaaa I just went through your video post to only get to understand your frustrations. Bro Afrobeat hs come a long way for this shit you're yabbing. You desire to see Nigerian music decline is seriously making you sick. With this attitude this channel would die a natural death, take it from me. That's just how envy is killing you guys when you still refuse to take the risk and make the investment that Nigeria has made for their craft. Onukwu.
