Building a motorcycle. // Episode 3 Honda CB550

In this video series I will show you how I build a motorcycle, particularly a cafe racer. The base bike is the very popular Honda CB550. In this episode I will go over things like CAD design of the seat and fairing, servicing front suspension and some special components that will make up this custom motorcycle.

Building motorcycles can seem complicated from the outside looking in. My goal is to create content that not only breaks down the process of building your own bike, but to create a video series that is entertaining and easy to watch.
In future videos I will show how to weld on the rear loop, cafe racer seat fabrication, how I source parts online, lowering and modifying motorcycle suspension, choosing surface finishes, motorcycle paint and body work, motorcycle wiring and electronics, carburetor tuning, dyno testing and so much more.
