The election took place between 26/12/2021 and 08/01/2022
There were 20 candidates on the election, which are the best Cafe Racers presented by Racer TV during 2021.

I love cafe racers for a few reasons: 1) I love the artistry and the ability to take a relatively inexpensive bike and make it uniquely functional and beautiful . 2) I love that young people can own a bike that doesn’t cost 17k and doesn’t need to have 170 hp to be considered cool. 3) Mostly though, I love that they have inspired a new generation to ride and to learn to tool on a bike. The most beautiful bike is one that gets ridden.

The Top 10, clearly a very beautiful group of machines. I admire both Number 1 and 2, and of course the RD350. I can smell the 2 stroke in air just watching the video! Hello my dear Friend. I also expected a better votation for the Yamaha RD350. Perhaps it was the 2-stroke engine that turned voters away from this bike. Some people only like 4 stroke engines. Yes, evrything is nice here. We have had some sunny days, and even pleasant temperatures for riding a motorcycle. As usual, Thank you my friend for sharing your perspective. :) Cheers.

#9 Is just "Spectacular" & what a fabulous bike to start with #5 Is a hell of a bike for an amateur builder. #8 & who doesn't love a 2stroke, & again an amateur builder, The winners for me are the amateurs because let's face it a great many "Professional Builders" struggle to get it right. as for #4 this kid started this when he was 15 & it is a beautifully balanced bike, but for me, #2 has it all. Thank you.

It's a shame they all couldn't be #1,definitely some quality built machines,My personal favorite of the top 10 was #3,but all are beautifully engineered,so glad I came across your channel.

However regardless of looks, paramount to me are : comfort, a relaxed position of my back, visibility of the road, indeed Cafe Racers are a nice transition in the evolution of bykes, in the end this is about comfort, enjoyment, easiness even sacrificing looks.

Hi Carlos. I Checked your CX videos. I congratulate your dedication to that build. You really made so many details. Those exhausts make an excellent sound. I can't imagine the work you needed, just to include that fuel gauge inside the fuel tank. The only thing that it is not so good, is the rear cowl. It seems a bit out of proportion.No offence. You made an awesome job. Congratulations. Here is a tip for a future upgrade. If you want a front spoked wheel, try using a Yamaha SR 500 or a Yamaha XS 650 front hub. You just need 2 custom falanges/rings to hold the disc brakes. :) Saludos.

No way to get an small antigravity here, great tip on the Yamaha wheels, I’ll see if I can get any of them, thanks again, cheers mate!!

The exhaust note of all the bikes are phenomenal. While the CX roars to life with a burble and accelerates with such a powerful note. A soul is what is missing from the new stock motorcycles while all true Cafe Racers possess an unmistakable soul.

I think Cafe Racers are not just machines, but mechanics art pieces. Perhaps, I personally could put these models in different order but all of them are art pieces. I expect to send you my first cafe Racer project, soon. I'm just finishing It.

I was a cafe racer admirer until I started riding. Turns out, I'm not a huge fan of getting constantly buffeted by gale force winds on the highway. I'm much happier with my adventure bike, thank you very much. Beautiful machines regardless.

Another great video and it just goes to show that we all have different tastes. Interesting thought, prompted by another comment is the age group of the voters 🤔 I suspect that you may be getting more votes from the younger members of your channel as café racers are certainly very cool bikes and the younger people need to relate to cool things.
I also suspect that most of your votes came from Europe and USA even though the Café Racer culture was born in England 🏴

Hi Paul. All those are very Interesting questions. It is hard to know that kind of details, about those who left the like on each one of the candidates. But I can give you the age of those who watched the election's main video:
28,6% is 45-54 years old
24,7% is 35-44 years old
19,0% is 55-64 years old
17,6% is 25-34 years old
5,8% is 18-24 years old
4,2% is more than 65 years old
I think we can eliminate the younger people tastes from the equation.
They are usually too busy people to vote on any election. Lool.

Estou customizando uma CB400 83 para Cafe Racer.
Só quem ama a coisa entende o valor que essas motos tem pra quem as produz e se envolve no projeto.
Embora a gente se inspire em muitas Cafes para criação do conceito do que vamos realizar, sempre queremos colocar nossa personalidade expressa no resultado final da motoca.
Já está a mais de 1 ano sendo construida, e quando terminar já quero outra moto pra outra pra "mexer" uhahuahuhuahu
