Calling her out on sh8tyy behavior is hate speech or hating on trans. Maybe it has nothing to do w/ that. Maybe on the inside, your a POS and you (Nikita) know its true.
Exactly I remember The Alphabet Academy and their supporters on UA-cam denying the dangerous toxic part of that community like some disgusting and disturbing things with children and crimes me and everyone else called it out but get attacked.for it.
That’s what I was thinking! When she said “only a decade” I was like wow no that’s amazing! Especially back when social media wasn’t as big, and she laid the foundation for others. Props to Nikita
Dating your employees is never acceptable. If there is any factor that makes it harder for someone to say "no" to someone else, there is a power difference.
@@Dolphinboi although anecdotal, as of late I’ve never seen such online or irl, sure there will be the opposite but more time I see more and more ppl calling this shit out
Exactly. The things she said about that that guys new girlfriend - disgusting. Also I'm surprised the video didn't mention also actual aggression Nikita has against biological women? Nikita maybe a trans woman but her misogyny is 100% man.
I'm tired of these influencers blaming mental health for their bad behaviour. Girl, if you are diagnosed with bipolar disorder, like any other disease, you have to threat it. I live with bipolar disorder for years, if you don't treat it, you will behave erratic, but being bipolar is not a excuse to be racist, classicist, etc. If you think you're better than others, you are the problem, not the disorder. That's one of the reasons that we all should talk about mental health and demystify what is fake and what is real, and understand better the struggles that people with real mental disorders have, cause these kind of examples only make things worst for us, the ones that really have to live with limitations and pain, and the loved ones around us that also are affected with it. Eitt: I just want to clarify that I'm not saying that she's faking it (In my opinion, she really looked like a person suffering with a maniac episode during her arrest, I'm not a doctor, but as a person that live with this situation for many years, and had many maniac episodes, I don't think that she's that good actress ) It's not easy to accept that you need help, but let's get real, if you think you're better than others, don't blame the disorder, and take accountability for your actions.
She may be bipolar...I don't know. But she definitely has a personality disorder or two or three. And when she was arrested? She was *definitely* under the influence of alcohol..& maybe other substances, as well. This is *easy* to see by the contrast of her behavior before the Judge. She had sobered up by then & wasn't acting out. Why is this so hard to see? To me it's like overly obvious..her behavior during arrest (drunk & maybe high on something) & next day before the judge (acting reserved & maybe even a bit contrite...a.k.a., sober).
@@Corinne-v9csometimes the mania subdues once you get really bad consequences. Not always. But I’ve seen it in myself. That being said I have bipolar II so my manic episodes are less intense.
As someone with bipolar and adhd, that arrest video was hard to watch. Hard drugs like meth or a manic episode paired with influencer fame and being in an echo chamber of people like you will destroy you. If it was a manic episode, she needs to take accountability. Our disorders are OURS to control.
I agree in part. But also thinking you’re better than others is a way in which mania can manifest. There’s a thin line though between thinking you’re the queen of the world and making others feel like shit
Of all the videos I've watched about these influencers they all have one thing in common..they all are disingenuous. Which ultimately is a huge factor in their downfall. When you're fake it eventually catches up with you.
Amongst many influencers there's a strange and vapid soullessness, a cult of personality that exists as a common denominator, exacerbated by money, fame, acquired privilege and an egomaniacal messiah complex. A true recipe for for certain disaster.
What your comment illustrates is how these people suffer from extreme self-importance and haughtiness. Haughtiness in the Bible signifies an inflated sense of self-importance and disdain for others. Proverbs 6:16-19
I really like these long form videos about social media influencers, both this channel & Cruel World Happy Mind. The creator of those videos, after making so many focused on family channels, & influencers, she's starting to think that the root of these people's slow public crash, isn't because they are inherently bad or fake, but are instead corrupted by the fame/wealth/etc. It sounds reasonable to me, because I'd already thought that about many men, on social media & off. I often reflect on my first taste of admiration, love & fear as one of the few leaders of our street community in my 20's. But I had also assumed that my active addiction & mental health issues were a major factor in my own fall. But, when we analyze men & women who lead cults, or some politics, or are moguls that rule movie making or music, & they not only act worse, but they end up so corrupted by their own power, they just keep pushing the limits into horrific acts. Among all the things that no one ever teaches us, how to handle this level of wealth, access, power, admiration, etc, & remain happy & healthy, & it just eats away at them.
this always makes me so sad, especially the video with her parents. they were so loving and supportive which is so hard to find for trans people. the mom said “bring honor to the family” and it’s really sad to see that she’s done the opposite.
didnt she once say that they did not support her early on? they probably supported her after she got rich. If she had a strong loving support system, i honestly don't think this would have happened. If she had a mom like kris jenner, she would have been a billionaire like those stupid kardashians (i did not watch this video lol)
It depresses me - this idea that being trans has to be about having your body made into some kind of doll shape. Few can afford huge sums of money on cosmetic surgeries and not everyone wants the Barbie look. There are trans people who could never fit into this plastic influencer mould. And we need to hear more about them.
Yup yup. It also feeds into this idea of there is one way to be feminine, and if you don’t fit that you’re not “right”. It doesn’t just harm trans women, but also cis women who are feminine.
Right? They got the owner of Victoria Secret cancelled for promoting only one body type, then went ahead and got surgeries to become that exact body type. Lol.
How is this kinda shaming any different than the standards you advocate against. Yall kinda talking down about certain trans people to only glorify another. I don't think anyone forces you to feel any kind of way. Im very against the idea of intolerance to anyone's chosen appearance.
@@jayadora they aren't shaming her for getting the work she wants done, it's the fact that she never did anything to at least talk against the expectation of 'passing' that's pushed upon trans people that many either cannot afford or do not want to obtain. it's a condemnation of society as a whole that the trans women who get boosted the most are the ones who fit into the most rigid of beauty standards that even cis women struggle against
Same, butI feel like the alien on earth and everybody is repeating the same phrases "Yes mama, slay!, slay!. Work it! And I oop-.". What are these humans trying to say?
As someone who used to watch Anna Nicole Smith's reality show a billion years ago, these millennial and below influencers are just copying it with less budget.
You’re spot. On. They don’t seem like real people. I guess maybe that’s the point. All we see is this curated image but it’s spiraled so far out of control, the plot maybe got lost long ago. Or maybe this is exactly what some of them want. I really don’t know- other than it just seems pretty miserable.
She personified everything these TERFS say about twmen, and it is sad how her actions will be used to justify further tphobia and cause more division between ciswmen and twmen, smh..
What's sad about it is how her actions in that holding cell will be used against t-wmen and will cause further t-phobia as well as divide between cıswmen and t-wmen, smh...
My dad is born and raised in Vietnam and I were transitioning he would've literally k***ed me. I'm surprised how lucky Nikita was to have a dad that understanding. Gee, must've been nice.
Agreed - she would have been better off starring in some kind of sci-fi/fantasy/legend series, doing modelling and continuing to do TV guest appearances but it sounds like she probably p**sed a lot of people off on the way up and down.
The whole time I was watching it, I was like this girl took this waaaaay too seriously lol like she was making a blockbuster movie or something. So criiiinge!
@@buggalujuju I think you should take your promo seriously. That’s what gets people excited and wanting to buy and try your products. Unfortunately, the promo video was better than the actual products. The hype didn’t match up to what was delivered 😩
they have no morals. a lot of people are successful bc they use and dump everyone around them. a lot of companies are built off the backs of better people.
Fantasy is a word that Nikita uses over and over again. I think it’s weird that she wants to be a male fantasy and honestly it comes across as delusion. She believes she is the ultimate fantasy, and therefore everyone wants her and wants to be her. That’s makes it easier for you to internalise criticism as just mere hate and jealously and believe you are above reproach. I don’t think I’ve ever heard or seen anyone use fantasy as an adjective as much as she does.
My ex-boyfriend who used to beat the shit out of me also yelled "you're challenging my manhood " As soon as she said that to the officer, I had a sensible chuckle because it's a very man thing to say. Women don't talk like that to each other.
Genuinely. Her whole attitude when she sat on the floor shouting at the police officer was 100% man behaviours. She even did the manspread and only put the legs together when putting on the act
This is such a great insight.. I've never heard a woman say that either, and I don't think it's a trans thing because I can't really imagine a transman saying that about their manhood
She may have been manic and having an episode. She has bipolar and acts like this out of jail too at times. It could explain her behavior at times. If you see mania in people they act how she did during arrest.
@@pleadthefifth Yea they can but bipolar even without drugs cause mania and they act like this. A lot of people with bipolar need medication for that very reason.

Oh my goddess, this post has made my day. Time to relax with a cozy blanket, tea and NOT THE GOOD GIRL. Edit: She hates herself. A very fake, very lonely, and incredibly insecure person. Lost. Living a surreal, inauthentic life without anyone to ground her into reality.
honestly I feel like what the Victoria Secret Guy is saying is that the Victoria Secret Runway show is *actually* marketed to mostly straight men and their fantasies of having a supermodel flirt with them in a revealing outfit...not to any female fantasy of sexual empowerment that Victoria Secret pretends to market to. I mean, if it was marketed to women's empowerment fantasy (the idea that they could be the one on stage being desired) why wouldn't they be ok with seeing diverse women that may be more like them? But if it's a "a super model blew me a kiss and wants me" sexual fantasy (which is mostly, though not exclusively, going to appeal to straight men, some of whom may have underlying transphobia/homophobia and may be made uncomfortable if they became aroused or felt flirted with by a trans woman) the comments make total sense. It would also make sense why Victoria Secret viewership tanked too - people who want "supermodel" fantasy now have so many options to get it - why would they need Victoria's Secret? And women - well, they just got flat out told *who's* fantasy Victoria's Secret revolves around - if you flat out tell women they aren't the audience you really care about they'll go somewhere where they are the target audience.
p.s. i have nothing against women who's job is to cater to typically straight male fantasy (just want to be clear)...we don't look down on men who cater to straight women's fantasies - we don't see THAT as degrading to the man individually or to men in general...the issue is that men have more power live in the delusion that their fantasies are reality than women do (not that some women don't, but men are more enabled to) - they're more enabled to believe that even though they're kinda mid and pushing 50 they DESERVE a super model girlfriend, to believe hot women OWE them their fantasy, to believe that the woman clearly acting to fulfill their fantasy online and clearly working ACTUALLY wants them, to go outside of the boundaries clearly set by women who are just doing a job no different than anyone else who dresses up and plays a role for entertainment...so don't go hating on VS models. The problem isn't the models...if they'd be honest about it and didn't say "we're here to empower women" when they're clearly here to present models as attainable it wouldn't even be a problem of VS doing it, the issue is more about societies ability to say "this was a performance put on by a service...this isn't real...men expecting this to actually be real are like 50 year olds being pissed off and violent that the mall Santa doesn't actually live in the North Pole - your an actual adult you should have figured out this stuff by now...also if your so transphobic that your worried about being turned on by a trans woman...idk...k...kinda sounds like an ish-you."
Yeah I do find it funny this man told his target audience if they didn't look like Aphrodite then fuck you, who do you think is buying your bras you fetid peach pit?? Spot on analysis 👌🏻👌🏻
VS is basically a reflection of HIS fantasy, and in his fantasy plus sized and trans women aren’t it, he’s a heterosexual man that’s ceo of a woman’s lingerie company, so it just speaks to his character, I’m so glad VS fell off 😭
I don't like or support her anymore, but I still think that video ate. Inclusivity also means people who've gotten work done, especially people getting gender-affirming care.
She wasn’t representing all body type inclusiveness, she was showing that she can be female passing as trans. It was really a narcissist move in the disguise as trans inclusive activism, knowing that not all trans women have that body type. But as long as she can pass as hot enough to be in their campaign. It’s not that deep. Surface level stuff. But because she’s trans, some made her trans representative and gave her praise. Her ego ate so good.
I agree - it's clear she has mental problems. I feel so bad for her - drugs and mental illness don't go together. One thing for sure I would not want my downfall all over UA-cam. The jacked up part is her family knew she was going though something and didn't stay close to her. She is back to work, I hope she got the mental help she needed.
Some say money and fame, but tbh I think her and most other influencers just fall into the trap of “address the haters and go above them” instead of ignoring them and not reading the comments. The stress of constant attacks can turn someone into something they aren’t, but hater culture is very real and influencers keep feeding it. I’m not making excuses for her actions, but this is something that ends up destroying celebrities who were already too stressed.
I wonder why people can't look like human beings any more. I so miss the "natural look", but it seems to have permanently vanished. Sad that young people are so exposed to this fakery.
My theory is it's a whole generation of people who grew up playing with Bratz dolls. It's probably why my generation idealized skinny and big- titted Barbie looks unfortunately. It's what we are given when we are young and it stays with us. It's becomes the standard of beauty to a lot of us.
@@efolinskyis it normal?? I disagree.. depends on the individual and we r talking about natural surgeries, not crazy ones when it comes to the surgeries trans r allowed to get by the systems.
It's so rare to see a natural beauty these days but it stands out, and I think everyone prefers it really. It will change again, at the end of the day this kind of 'beauty' isn't real it's just an illusion.
1:08:35 The most shocking part about all this is that even though I had no clue who Nikita Dragun is until this video, I def recognize the judge who sentenced her 😵 She went viral after meeting an old school mate during sentencing, and then again when the school mate ended up back in court after promising he wouldn't ever again. Lady gets some bizarre cases!
Great video but you forgot ND was cancelled by black women years ago for her “blackcent”and when she responded she said degrading things about black women and black trans women. I was never a “beauty influencer” fan girl. They all seem so fake and desperate
@dondon9221 no we don't insert people like to bring us in by coping us while in the same breath disrespecting us while we just minding our own business.
Yeah not saying black women never get caught up in all this but we're significantly less likely to run up ppls ass. And a lot of nonbw need but don't like black women so being wowed by their images.... also unlikely lol
All these influencers start out genuine, but give them a bit of money and they become ungrateful, disingenuous liars. They will do anything for money and fame, and that is their downfall. Self entitlement and money is the root of all evil.
She couldn’t handle the fame. It all went to her head. Her ‘come here now’ that she tried on 2 separate people gives us an idea of how she spoke to the people around her.
I'm pretty sure Nikita Dragun was also apart of Dramaggeon 1.0 since she was a part of the friend group and had her racist tweets exposed but this doc is already long enough 😂
Isn't it really hypocritical that trans people were credited with breaking toxic beauty standards while simultaneously embracing them? Botox, extreme diets, plastic surgery, fake nails, wigs, false lashes, etc. 🙄
Sure but what is the point of this comment? Like trans people face the same harsh reality women do if not worse. Cause if you don't look feminine as a woman you can be ok but if you don't as a trans woman your life can be in danger. So what did you expect?
You sound ignorant. Trans women aren't accepted or respected or even seen as women unless they undergo intense surgeries to make them hyper feminine. Its a symptom of our broken society, not trans womens fault for reinforcing toxic beauty standards. Also, who wouldn't want to look gorgeous if they can access stuff. don't speak about trans people without understanding their issues and unique oppression.
People still don't really understand bipolar, even with all the supposed mental health awareness. The comment about using mental illness as an excuse to be disorderly shows a complete lack of understanding of what a manic episode is. Mania MAKES you disorderly. You can't control it, you think you're untouchable. There's a common phrase people use about manic episodes (and drug use). You end up in jail, hospital or dead and Nikita's behaviour is a very good example of that. Obviously she also has a BIG ego, which really doesn't help when a symptom of mania is a huge increase in confidence.
EXACTLY! I’m a Psych Nurse so when I saw that video, I picked up on behaviors I’ve seen many times before. It’s sad to see the utter lack of understanding towards mental health illnesses. I hope she gets the right treatment and is able to live her life to the fullest.
Not denying that she was manic and/or depressive later, but couldn't Nikita have found time to apologize for what happened in a phase when she was stable/under treatment? Explain that she regrets what happened and was a victim of the mania/psychosis? Instead it seems that Nikita never apologized or regretted anything even before she became ill.
Nnaah.. th4 amount of people thinking it's a manic episode.. that was nothing manic.. th4 amount of peop3 doing disrespectful shit and than blaming mental health is a problem. I agree. Her parents seemed to be really likeable people & supportive of her. However, that being said, I have some lingering questions. From what I've read about narcissism & sociopaths, many of them are raised by parents that do not give them *any* boundaries. Kind of like...anything & everything their child does when raising them is "ok" & even though the behavior is not right or offensive, they never punish them & always put their child on a pedestal & basically reinforce that their child is "special" & "the best" at every & anything they try or do. So...even though the parents seem really nice, I have a big question mark about how Nikita was raised, & if it contributed to her having personality disorders. Her mother seemed to be an especially fierce defender of hers. Maybe it's just me, but some red flags went up when watching her mother get (to me) overly defensive & protective of her.
@@BoatyMsBoatface I agree with your statement. I said as much in my 1st comment. Let me try to be a bit more specific. For example, when Nikita was a young child (& whenever it was that Nikita decided to reveal how she felt about her gender) maybe that made her parents more protective of Nikita...maybe they thought, wow...we've got to *really* get behind her & support her. And there's absolutely nothing wrong w/being supportive. *But* when the "support" morphs into the mindset of "our child can do no wrong," & the child is constantly praised & led to believe she is "special,"...this is the type of parenting that leads to narcissism/sociopathic tendencies. The parents were just doing what they thought was right. I'm not trying to condemn the parents...I'm just offering a very possible scenario as to how Nikita went off the rails. It seems wholly plausible to me.
@Corinne-v9c her siblings don't have personality disorders from what I know. I can see what you mean about her mom, but i watched Nikita, so ive seen her mom call her out on her behavior and correct her, so I dont agree that they/she would've caused it.
Wonder if the parents are still "proud". This is what happens when you're handed what you want and 'just want you to be happy' lets them get away with everything.

@@BJM1134 so, what is your explanation of all the times when her followers who bought the crappy makeup & complained & she ignored them ALL? I don't feel for her ONE BIT. It's called karma...she finally reaped what she sowed. The arrest video shows she's obviously drunk & maybe on something else, too. It's so sad because Nikita can easily be so likeable and just be pretty and make daily life content, and be successful. But she can't help but love the negative attention??? It's like she loves to be messy and it's ruined her career 😭 It's hard bc you want to support someone but then they just keep publicly being a bad person for no reason. downfall is real
But you were good with her throwing water to a black man and treating him bad or speaking bs about a man who wouldn’t sleep with her, other than many other problematic behavior issues that Nikita did ??
When these people (influencers) talk all I hear is “me, myself, my journey and I”. And “me me me me me”. The rest of the time it’s shallow flattery. It’s exhausting.
The vibes with that girl always felt off. Her insecurities turned her to the very people who made her feel like shit once money and fame came to her. On top of that there is zero to no therapy being done to self reflect and understand why she ticks. Because of the lack of that resource, she couldn’t handle herself once she accomplished her “goals” because she filled that hole inside with things vs self work. She’s imploding because she convinced herself that once she created this “fantasy” world that she would be happy. The issue is that you can’t live an a fantasy, and Nikita’s reached a point of learning that and self destructing than face reality… then again what do I know. I got beef with a rock 🤷🏽♀️
If our ancestors at any time in the past centuries had the same tech we do now, they would be doing the same things. Vanity and selfishness has always existed. We just happen to live in a time where any individual can project their pictures and videos across the entire world for billions to see, whereas over history it was far more localised. The few rich people, usually royalty or nobles of some type would hold parties of decadence with each other. The peasant classes knew they were rich but it is significantly more in our faces now, across a much larger audience. Also whereas we can sit here and shit talk all of these fake bullshit "influencers", the peasant classes of the past could get in actual trouble by speaking out against the wealthy elite.
Its really sad because she started out as such a big voice for the trans community but then turned into one of the main reasons for trans violence by outting out people who might have a secret sexual desire for trans people, which will hurt people who cannot afford 24/7 security/put a stigma on trans people being accepted by the wider community in the fear of being lied to/deceived and outted by someone who was not born the gender they're presenting. I think she generally wants love from a relationship, but the online attention/wealth got to her head she literally didn't know how to find it in a normal way and she snapped. Cant imagine what it does to someones mental state when they're so loved as an influencer and get everything thrown at them that when it comes to a relationship they want and when someone finally tells them "no", its like watching a toddler have a meltdown.
nikita made no sense justifying the chained men debut. whether it’s snoop dog, khloe kardashian, or nikita the depiction will never be acceptable to me regardless. it depicts slavery and human trafficking. you should never uplift yourself or try to “reclaim“ your power by putting someone down like that. nikita needs healing and true therapy. hopefully that happens for her. fame is not the solution to solving the issues of the mind.
Nikita was lucky. Her parent supported her transition. She had the means to pay for a lot of feminization surgery. She was embraced for her transition and looked stunning as a woman. She rode one of the early waves of influencer fame, received many opportunities, and launched her own brand. Someone who stumbles into a charmed life like this needs a lot of perspective and humility to avoid becoming petulant and delusional, like she did. Fame has always been fickle, but this kind of grassroots fame is particularly fleeting. I think her best move would be to find a new niche off-camera, instead of trying to relive the fame she had
So glad you showed the arrest video and what led to the police call. These type of people will lie on the news and cry police brutality. And what's up with switching from the feminine and masculine voice?
The amount of self-focus, self-interest, and self-fascination with these people evidences the deep hole at the center of their life. It's no surprise that things eventually implode. It's never enough. How long can someone keep that kind of energy going?
The reason Nikita was put in a men’s jail was because when she was arrested she kept saying “I am a transgender man” then when the cops asked her how she identified she again said “i am a transgender man” and a female cop said you don’t identify as a woman” and she said “I am more woman then you” and then again said “i am a transgender man”. So she was being obnoxious and at a point they had enough and put her in the men’s jail. When she sobered up she tried to play the victim and then asked to be moved. Sorry but the cops don’t have hours to waste going back and forth fourth and because trans activists pushed “self identify” where all a trans person has to do is say they are a trans man or woman regardless of the way they may look or what is on their ID they say you have to respect and go by what they say. So they created their own problem with that.
You would think they would go by what's on your ID. If I was having a psychotic episode and said I was a man, when I am clearly not, they would put me in men's jail?
Nikita and Michael were so cringe and volatile on their podcast, it was like no matter what content they were covering there was always so much tension between them and their guests were getting into it with Michael.....they really didn’t have chemistry at all, it was all put on and it was clear by the second and esp third eps that they did not even like each other at all, they were in a business and were doing what was necessary to be successful in the podcast. I wish we focused more on her Bipolar disorder. I'm BP1 and can confirm - her arrest incident was textbook manic behavior. Bipolar 1 includes psychosis, which is about as severe as mental illness gets. Mania involves extreme grandiosity, instability, recklessness, and complete loss of touch with reality once it becomes psychosis, which it almost always does when untreated. I work in forensic mental health as well - disorders like Bipolar can cause individuals to really destroy their lives when untreated. It DOES often turn you into a monster - I work with people who have committed severe crimes while mentally ill. I wish we took SEVERE mental illness more seriously, because Bipolar Disorder is extremelyyy serious. In my own episode, I didn't commit any crimes but truly screwed my life up, almost beyond repair. I know how serious it gets and it's sad how the general public can't comprehend all of this due to stigma.
The issue with that is not just the people on the outside not taking it that serious... the issue is some of these people literally use it as an excuse to be pieces of ish. Some of them lie as well. We've seen it many times. Bi polar causes you to be rac*t or look down on others? Come on now. And that's the issue. Cause these are the people with the platform to bring that to the forefront and let their supporters see them as "regular" people that have issues too. But no, they dismiss their own problems and pretend it doesn't exist until when they are called out for being messy. Which in turn causes mental health to continue to be looked at as an unserious, "you problem". Hmmm.
@@alithedon4996 such severe disorders can make someone act in uncharacteristic ways that an outsider might just interpret as being an arrogant piece of shit. Whatever someone says or does in an episode should not be taken as a statement of anything, because they're delusional. Being an actual piece of shit alone doesn't take you into a psychiatrist's office to be diagnosed with bipolar 1 disorder, which just happens to be the most severe form of bipolar disorder and the one with the most serious and destructive episodes of mania and psychosis. That being said, the line between an explanation and an excuse can get really blurry. While some people are truly awful and use their illness as a shield against criticism, downright accusing anyone of doing it is another manifestation of the mental health stigma of our society in the sense we forget how badly mental illness can distort reality for those suffering with it, and instead, we judge people as we would a healthy person acting maliciously. What's wrong with acknowledging some people do need to be treated with more lenience? P.S: That doesn't mean mentally ill people shouldn't be held accountable for their own actions, or that they can't be bad people. I'm just saying their mental state should be taken into account.
@@alithedon4996 It's not an excuse - ever - but it is an explanation. "Normal" people don't act like that, nor do they fein insanity whenever they want. You'd argue she did it to avoid jail, but again - "normal" people do not parade around naked in public either. And yes - mania/psychosis CAN make you say/do racist things - a hallmark sign of mania is grandiosity, which is characterized by "feeling superior to others". That's pretty close to racism by mere semantics alone. I speak as someone who is Bipolar 1, and works in a forensic psychiatric hospital. While I did not do anything racist while manic/psychotic, i've seen multiple patients be racist while in my hospital. Of the cases I can remember, 2/3 of the racist patients weren't white. Think about it - if you've lived a life of being treated inferior because of your race, and when you become psychotic, your previous reality melts away and all you're left with is your subconscious mind, all tangled up. That's what psychosis does to you - all you're left with is really basic instincts - fear, power, control, or complete lack of control. Some people think they're Jesus or royalty, while others might think the FBI is after them - aka, some people think they're literally untouchable, while others think they're already guilty. Some people commit awful crimes while psychotic - usually fear based. I say that because the hospital I work in is forensic, and because I deal with people who have committed crimes solely because of their mental illness. Racism isn't always a crime (unless it's hate-speech/harassment), but it's just as ugly and awful as any other crime.
These influencers are a microcosm study into the effects of sudden wealth, fame, and power do to the human mind and psyche. You watch them start with some humanity and end up without it. They try to fill the emptiness with shallow and trivial pursuits, and often negative/nefarious ones just to feel the rush and thrill of power and control they have. It often can be worse for those who come from traumatic backgrounds and/or middle to working class. A separate study should focus on how being born into wealth and the emptiness and desperate need to fill the void. Being surrounded by yes people where no is not something you're told often causes crashouts.
I notice a lot of these influencers use success to fuel their hate. They haven’t resolved their inner trauma so success is their fuel. Nothing wrong with success, but it shouldn’t be used against others. You’re not truly at peace. You still mentally struggle. Wealth is meant to be enjoyed. I say this all the time even your riches if you have to show it off its because you’re compensating for something.
As a trans woman, I have to say I’m not impressed. Nikita doesn’t set a precedent for the trans community; if anything, her actions have tarnished our reputation. It’s important to recognize that anyone can undergo cosmetic procedures like implants or enhancements using illegal silicone. What we see from her is simply a flamboyant persona, and it can be disheartening to see her proclaiming herself a “bad bitch.” A true bad bitch doesn't need to assert that title; it’s inherently recognized by others. Furthermore, I want to clarify that she has never been the first to achieve anything significant within our community. While it’s undeniable that she is a successful influencer, I believe that her influence does not equate to being a true trans woman. That video of her getting arrested speaks volumes…..
I love Not the good girl documentaries! I haven't watched it yet but I already "liked" it because she never misses with well researched, interesting content. My only complaint is she doesn't upload once a day!!
They can go hand in hand a lot of the time. People who are bipolar HAVE to avoid drugs. Especially if they don't want to medicate. I don't like Nikita as a person, but I recognize real mania when I see it.

@@Corinne-v9c If being drunk turns you into a misogynist, then you are a misogynist you just hide it when you're sober.
Amazing comment. So true!!!
Fame doesn't change who you are, it exposes who you are.

this always makes me so sad, especially the video with her parents. they were so loving and supportive which is so hard to find for trans people. the mom said “bring honor to the family” and it’s really sad to see that she’s done the opposite.

Lol.

A narcissistic person living in an illussion gets demolished by reality.
honestly I feel like what the Victoria Secret Guy is saying is that the Victoria Secret Runway show is *actually* marketed to mostly straight men and their fantasies of having a supermodel flirt with them in a revealing outfit...not to any female fantasy of sexual empowerment that Victoria Secret pretends to market to.

The jacked up part is her family knew she was going though something and didn't stay close to her. She is back to work, I hope she got the mental help she needed.

11:01 Her parents ATE. Nikita was loved. I wonder what happened?
I think maybe moving to LA and further from her family helped make her more delusional.
The money and fame got to her head combined with her painful past of feeling stuck in the wrong gender?
Some say money and fame, but tbh I think her and most other influencers just fall into the trap of “address the haters and go above them” instead of ignoring them and not reading the comments. The stress of constant attacks can turn someone into something they aren’t, but hater culture is very real and influencers keep feeding it. I’m not making excuses for her actions, but this is something that ends up destroying celebrities who were already too stressed.
Coddled too much
This is what happened when parents dont correct their children from the start
I wonder why people can't look like human beings any more. I so miss the "natural look", but it seems to have permanently vanished. Sad that young people are so exposed to this fakery.
My theory is it's a whole generation of people who grew up playing with Bratz dolls. It's probably why my generation idealized skinny and big- titted Barbie looks unfortunately. It's what we are given when we are young and it stays with us. It's becomes the standard of beauty to a lot of us.
I mean it’s pretty normal for trans folks to get surgery… but she got the kardashian treatment
Most people look normal irl and on the internet, these people are rare cases you just see them all the time because they go viral.

All these influencers start out genuine, but give them a bit of money and they become ungrateful, disingenuous liars. They will do anything for money and fame, and that is their downfall. Self entitlement and money is the root of all evil.
Money & power will sure reveal your character. Most of these ppl are not good.
Money is not the root of evil. You were probably evil beforehand. Money and power exaggerates who you are.
@@beewest5704 it's called personality disorders.

Yeah she was along side MannyMUA
Isn't it really hypocritical that trans people were credited with breaking toxic beauty standards while simultaneously embracing them? Botox, extreme diets, plastic surgery, fake nails, wigs, false lashes, etc. 🙄
this is only true with a very small number of trans people and is as true of trans people as it is as cis people
100%🎉
They created most of them didn't they??
Is anyone surprised LOL. All these so called influencers have an expiration date..
Yes the ppl who built them up are often the same ones to drag them back down.
Obviously she also has a BIG ego, which really doesn't help when a symptom of mania is a huge increase in confidence.
yeah the whole arrest/jail section was so painful to watch cos it’s just so obvious if you know what mania looks like
The amount of soft boys and woman claiming to be mentally ill is hilarious.

I really like her parents. They seem like genuinely good people, theyre always so thoughtful and caring🫶
@@Corinne-v9cthey seemed like nice grounded people to me..
@@Corinne-v9cnot to compare them whatsoever, but Andrew Cunanan was raised that exact same way by parents that basically worshipped him!
@Corinne-v9c her siblings don't have personality disorders from what I know. I can see what you mean about her mom, but i watched Nikita, so ive seen her mom call her out on her behavior and correct her, so I dont agree that they/she would've caused it.

Are they supposed to talk about the journey of others?
Thats kind of the point of it
The vibes with that girl always felt off.

It's the age of the self and the selfie
I think some of this might be about consenting kink

I hate to say it but a lot of men/boys need to unlearn misogyny & sexism before transitioning to female

She was on something in that arrest video 😂😂😂😂😂😂

This is a woman who has made a career from being a narcissist. Is anyone really surprised by her behaviour?
Trans- woman.
Hmmm.
Exactly I wish more people spoke about that because I cried during that arrest because the signs are clear as day.
@@may_ryann exactly! i wish i saw your comment before I made mine or else I wouldn't have bothered, because you said it better.

Her parents seem so sweet 🥹
I notice a lot of these influencers use success to fuel their hate. They haven’t resolved their inner trauma so success is their fuel. Nothing wrong with success, but it shouldn’t be used against others. You’re not truly at peace. You still mentally struggle. Wealth is meant to be enjoyed. I say this all the time even your riches if you have to show it off its because you’re compensating for something.
Once you believe all the hype about yourself you have lost who you genuinely are. It’s a sad fact for so many influencers.
