TODAY'S RECIPE IS Vanilla Muffin Recipe Bakery Style | Easy Vanilla Cup Cake Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Butter 3 tbsp
Powder sugar 1/3 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Mix until fluffy
1 egg
Mix well
All purpose flour 3/4 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk 1/3 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Mix well
Muffin liner
5 min preheated pan
Cook it on medium flame for 15-20 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 15-20 mins
Brush sugar syrup while hot
Let it cool down
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
