Keith, I'm 5-11 and I fit just fine. Many RV mattresses are what is know as a Short Queen (think queen - 5") this is actually a little longer.

Bed is fine , u will be near the ac with your head when standing it curves down to the back door

How does that Ridgeline handle the basecamp weight??

You can feel it, however with the hitch set up we have and the Autowbrake controller it is no problem at all. Even on the Blueridge parkway and heavy Connecticut traffic.

Escaping New Jersey.. I am Looking at a ‘19 Ridgeline and was wondering how the engine-transmission combo handles the additional 3500 pounds of weight.

What brand is the electric crank?

We purchased it from Colonial Airstream and had them install the electric crank . It was a step above the standard. I cannot remember the brand name.
