Having had some connections to IISc in the past, I felt nostalgic about how sensibly the food service is managed- wholesome, healthy, diverse, and I am sure very tasty in the spirit of Bengaluru food culture.
Especially liked the idea of simple whole fruit, jaggery instead of sugar and very little, if any, of fried junk food.
I have seen similar UA-cam videos from several IITs and you at IISc beat them hollow. Proud of you 👍.

Dada amar selection hoye che iisc te msc lifescience e, to hostel ta kokhn pawa jai admission and documents verification er por naki admission er por. Please bolo ar motamuti koto ta ka kore pore per month hostel plus mess charge
Yes.... After admission, you will get hostel.... And fees per month is around 6-7k

It's really normal food with very little protein content. I hope student gets to choose what they want to eat in future. Chicken and eggs should be given at lunch nor at dinner time.
