Creative video, 👍 The horror of it all .. 😳. I knew to avoid damsels in my reef in general, but, I saw this unique looking damsel, purple gray with dots all over… I bought him and put him in my frag tank as didn’t even think a damsel would bother SPS sticks. Holy Mother of God! 😳. Next morning, it had left bite marks on every stick in the tank! Premium Sticks. 😢 Voracious killer damsel went after Walt Disney, Home Wrecker, Pink Floyd, etc. Once I brought blood pressure back down, he made it to fish only tank. Gave away with caution. We never know what waits inside the abyss.
Heliopora -> blue ridge coral. Looks like a hard coral but it’s not. Depending on where you locate it with flow and light will create different types of structures.
Yes, but mostly one: Tubastraea because it's necessary, the others would be the gonio time to time. I feed anything, I try to vary the food in general. But keep in mind the majority of coral are photosynthetic
Each hermit had their own personalities. My blue leg hermit massacred all my turbo's , leaving a graveyard of snail shell, and it's not even changing any of those shell. Just killing for fun.. lol
yep, had a hermit, not a blue legged, but still. Straight up crawled around the tank and murdered every snail he could get his hands on. only lasted about 2 weeks until he was... ummm...put back in the big tank in the sky!
@@AquaSplendor I meant beside testing alk, cal and mag … is there anything you test beside the big three? Also how do you control phosphate and nitrate ?
@@awalliskandar3289 Alk is the main one, Alk/Cal/Mag are not the big three, but they are if you have a lot of SPS coral. Otherwise mag and cal doesn't matter. Alk and phosphate are the one I test on a regular basis (weekly?), reduce nitrate and phosphate can be done via bacteria, if you add a source of energy like carbon they multiply than you do water change later. Phosphate is main issue because I feed a lot and it varies a lot. Mainly GFO and water change. Basically. water change. weekly 40%, make sure to watch the playlist it's all there! @@AquaSplendor thanks for the advice … I been watching your video for a month and I always wonder what testing being done and how frequent the testing is being done to maintains the tank. Thanks to the reply now I know. I didn’t thought phosphate could be the main issue that has tremendous affect on corals. Thanks and couldn’t wait for the next video.
@@awalliskandar3289 *Phosphate have an impact on coral but its... (in the bad case) indirectly, like algae. Coral need phosphate, just need to find the right balance, different animals have different needs.
One answer No It would cost way too much to send any coral, a coral that I sell 10$ would cost 100$ and probably won't make the trip. In canada, many store don't even ship full country wide.

Butter is much better than micromussa. Bravo :D
🤫
10000/10 video ! Bravo!
Whoa!!! Did not see that coming. I thought Butter was going to get removed.
😏🍣
I really enjoyed the story telling for this video and the editing. Almost felt like a suspense movie. Thank you
This tank looks good! Looks old school I like it!
Finally the video of the week 😍.
"Please wait, your video is in process for HD"
Glad I re upload the video...
Great video! Had the same issue with a yellow clown beating up my micromussa but I said goodbye to the yellow clown instead!😂✌
Totally understand your decision, Totally. 😏
Such a great series. Thank you!
Same exact type of hermit crab even looks just like him did the same but killing my sps
Which type of SPS was he nipping on?

Oohh damsel, I think I have one died a month ago, ... secretly I'm relief but don't tell anyone that!
You know what they says, beauty has a price 😋
Yep thats why i dont ever recommend hermits they walk and eat all over corals

I prefer hearing your narration instead of the subtitles. Great job though!
Don't worry, it's going to change ;)
Is that a G5 Pro on this tank? The shimmer looks better than i expected from a G5.
Yes, shimmer varies depending on the flow at surface and height.
It's a fine balance in my case with this nano

Would you sell corals to Germany ?

No

You’ve got alot of dino action going on, that could have something to do with losing snails and corals etc :)
Losing that snail probably affected the tank indeed, I never saw its body or anything and since the aquarium is small it doesn't help
I have had nothing but heartache with yellow gobies. He could be changing colors as to come into his "sexualization", or you may be losing him😕😩
That specimen is entertaining to say the least 🐡
