Hi❤️ there is small tips for peeling the grapefruit: don’t cut the white part of the grapefruit 😆 there is lots easier to separate the membrane and the fruit😉 I learn from pomelo❤️

I saw that day, someone shared a video on how to peel grapefruit easily is by boiling it first. Maybe u can give it a try? :)
I do that to make my grapefruit ade. It works wonders and the grapefruit is incredibly juicy.
Why can't my country have this kind of cafe? God I'm one inch close on flying to Korea just to visit this cafe.

이번 영상도 너무 잘 봤어요 ♥ 궁금한 게 생겼는데 이렇게 많은 메뉴가 있는데도 신메뉴 개발을 따로 하시나요 ?!처음부터 이렇게 많은 메뉴들을 구상하셨던 건지, 조금씩 늘어가다보니 많아진 건지 궁금해요 +.+ !!
처음에는 아무래도 체계를 잡아가야 할 부분이 많이 때문에 적은 메뉴로 확실하게 시작하는 것이 목표였어요 손 가는 메뉴도 많구요ㅎㅎ 시간이 흐르면서 틀이 잡히고 충분히 퀄리티 유지가 가능해졌을때 시즌메뉴나 고객이 많이 원하는 메뉴들이 점차적으로 추가되었답니다:)♡
