from someone who wants to open a cafe when they are older, can you share you starting process in a video maybe? like how you decided on what you wanted on the menu, how you came to figure out how to make the drinks and everything, how much you spend on everything a week and an average of how much you make in a week, how much you spent to open and furnish the cafe, etc. all the other stuff a beginner should know? i would rly appreciate that and i think a lot of other ppl would too🥺😄

I didn't get how the red velvet cake turn red from a brown colour batter? When i use food colouring for the velvet cake ,doesn't always get the result i wanted.

it's because of the reaction between vinegar, cocoa powder, butter and milk!
헉 혹시 일부러 다른 방식으로 하시는 게 아니라면 케이크 굽고 나서 아이싱 전에 맨 위에 있는 시트도 사용하실 때 중간에 뒤집어서 끼워넣으면 맨 위의 시트를 평평한 시트로 할 수 있어서 옆면 아이싱 후에 훨씬 깔끔해져요!
