Today was a really tough day for us fishing. Not much happening in the deep so we tried the shallows and it was just as bad😔 a very sad day besides the beautiful calm weather.

I was hoping you could share your user experiences with the Minn Kota vs Motor Guide. Having never used an electric, I am particularly interested in hearing which one you believe is the more reliable unit and most suitable to the tropics environment. If you could share some things to considering when looking at buying an electric, that would be awesome.
Hi thanks for watching…go minnkota if u got the $$ but herd horror story’s on the self deploy models and not sure if they fixed the problem? The lift assist riptide models are great. Not many competition in the market so not much to choose from. Motor guide will be my second choice but not as quality and tough as minnkota. There are some others howeva they dun meet our needs in the savage salwater qld conditions
