There are bands and singers in music history that represent a point of inflexion in the fact that a new musical genre o subgenre where born with them, or consolidated and exploded with them. Michael Kiske and Kai Hansen (the guy with the red guitar that made harmonics in the chorus) made a point of inflexion with Helloween and their Keeper of the Seven Keys albums, back in the 1987s. They are living legends. These two guys had their musical diferences and split apart with their own projects (being Kai Hansen's Gamma Ray another legendary band), and seeing them together again is a dream come true.
Michael Kiske is one of the best Power Metal singers, though he is old, he still having such powerful voice. Master of vibrato, and one thing I always noticed about him is that he never, or so little times, bends over in order to reach high notes.

Mankind and I Believe from Helloween are also pretty epic! How Maiden ever passed Kiske over for Blayze Bayley is a mystery for The Ages. Michi seemed the obvious choice to “replace” Dickinson in the 90s. How does Steve Harris sleep at night? Haha!!
Some suggestions I have would be Blind and Frozen by Beast in Black, or pretty much anything from their singer (Yannis Papadopoulos), Lost in the Light by Dungeon (the studio version of that song contains one of the highest notes ever sung by a male singer if I remember correctly) and Rising by LOVEBITES (A japanese full female metal band, so that would be something quite different).
Would be brilliant to see a then and now vocal reaction to the song March of Time from this same Unisonic set at Wacken 2016 to the original recording (1988) from Helloween (w/Kiske). I"m so glad someone requested this song. The entire 2016 Wacken set is a showcase of Kiske's amazing voice. I finally had the opportunity to see him live in 2018 back with Helloween (Kai too!!). Michael Kiske is a powerhouse and a legend. His tone, as you noted right away, is unique to the point that when he is singing, even if it were several voices at one time - you'll know him. Numerous songs from "AVANTASIA - THE METAL OPERA" will attest to that. Like, listen for your own pleasure to a wonderful ballad "Farewell", where Michael comes on only at the very end over the chorus and transcends it. Loved seeing Michael Kiske here! And here's for another hybrid artist then. Tobias Sammet's Avantasia (fronted by Tobias Sammet) has performed with both Roy Khan (Kamelot) and Michael Kiske (Helloween) among artists. Michael Kiske (born in January 1968) is one of the most gifted singers I've heard in rock/metal. Great strong voice with a nice register and the guy can sing, to boot. Kiske came to prominence when he joined German band Helloween in 1987 to replace singer/lead guitarist Kai Hansen (the guy with the red flying-V guitar in the video) who found it too difficult at the time to do both lead vocals and lead guitar. The fingers on your left hand have an amazing dexterity to them. Looks like they'd like to live an Italian life, judging by the way they want to express themselves...

Michael Kiske is one of those singer that you can't just listen to once, there is so much more to discover in his work and technique through the years. And curiously people seem to enjoy better his singing when he was 19 than now with this perfectioned technique. So, it's a long way to go with Michael Kiske. I hope you react to his early work.
React to again:
Geoff Tate - Operation Mindcrime Tour
Michael Kiske - Live in Germany 1992
And:
Stryper - In God we Trust
Loved seeing Michael Kiske here! And here's for another hybrid artist then. Tobias Sammet's Avantasia (fronted by Tobias Sammet) has performed with both Roy Khan (Kamelot) and Michael Kiske (Helloween) among artists. (The list is long, he's performed with so many artists for his metal operas, it's awesome.)
While I would love to see that, this isn't a request as much as just some backstory to this world. You keep putting out amazing videos, so I feel no desire to suggest stuff, you're doing awesome!
React to Matt Barlow in iced earth, Drácula!
Alejandro Roldan Mendez Hell yes! Matt Fucking Barlow!!! Too bad I can’t like this more than once!
The same singer sings the songs "A Tale That Wasn´t Right" and "I want Out", "Eagle Fly Free", "Future World" by Helloween. Great!
Please listen to King Diamond Welcome Home live in Philly.
What I love the most of Helloween is that they can tour with all of their historical vocals, I saw them live on 2018 for halloween, an amazing show!
Try Twilight Force - Twilight Horizon and Lost Horizon - Highlander. Those two songs have the two most impressive vocal performances I've ever heard.
Twilight Force is awesome.
Unisonic: March of Time (live at Wacken 2016) song is originally from Helloween album Keeper of the Seven Keys part2.
You need to react to anything Yannis Papadopoulos does
You, Me and Obsession Omg yes do it
Yes! I've been suggesting songs by Beast in Black to every voice channel I follow.
I don't know if is there a good live recording with Yiannis yet.
@@ioanniskostoulas4448 True. The closest we have to a "live" performance are the few studio videos he has done, but those are probably just synced to the recorded versions of the song.
@@timhutchinson8485 Yes. Please stop suggesting Beast In Black on metal channels, thank you. You'll find a bigger and more suitable audience on channels about My Little Pony, Disney cosplay and kawaii anime. Please pass the message to the Nightwish fans too.
You should really listen to Michael Kiske singing the song Key to the universe. He really shows his vocal range in that song. Unfortunately there isn’t a live version. Upvote this wonderful song!!
Please, Carry On - Angra (with Fabio Lione), Winds of Destinaron (with Fabio Lione too XD)
Yannis Papadopoulos - Ghost love score (Vocal cover)..You 'll be amazed!!!
YESS
Kiske is one of the best singers ever. Still has the same range he has when he was 19. Amazing voice.
I would love to see/hear your reaction to Unchain the Light by Avantasia for a closer look at his higher register.
Try King Diamond... tell me about his head voice.
Love Micheal too of course.
Cheers.
Pat Sabourin yeaaah!!! kinɡ diamond in the album "voodoo"
@@danielflores4278 Voodoo was an excellent album! Cheers.
i realy liked this
Kiske has a very special place in my heart i went to a unisonic gig in a festival here in sweden 2012 and in the end they started to play some OLD Helloween songs. i started cry cause i was transformed 30 years back in time hering kiske sing i want out he is my God beside Kai hansen. and Exceptional is kind of a house song here hahaha
React to Jørn Lande, Russell Allen and Kelly Sundown Carpenter (in Outworld band) vocals, please!!! ;D
Russell Allen is the best
Michael Kiske, he's already a legend. His work on the keeper of the seven keys (both parts) is a legacy..
I agree with everyone suggesting Yannis Papadopoulous.
Would also like to suggest Daniel Heiman from Lost Horizon, favorite song is "Think Not Forever"
One has to love your velvety smooth voice in fade-out sentence endings.. really nice :)
Please try something from Yannis Papadopoulos's channel, he is incredible!
One of the best live vocalists I've ever seen live amazing
Please, Angra - Carry on (with Andre Matos)
Yes, please. Of course with Matos. No one else can sing that song properly.
@@adameves5970 perhaps if Kiske or Yannis from Beast in Black try..... you know :)
I adore your reactions to these powerful vocalists! I think your videos are, Exceptional!!!! ;)
you would be awesome in a metal band.... ;)
Volbeat - The Devil's Bleeding Crown - Live at Tusindarsskoven, Odense 2015.
Such an amazing performance, Michael Poulsen is amazing =)
