@@gaeltaraud8629 Vocally, I don't know about that so much, but his voice has definitely aged very similarly to Rob Halford's. Still able to hit high notes, but sustaining them is harder on his voice than it was 30+ odd years ago.
Minor critiques aside, he's still one of of my favorite power metal vocalists. Now that Kai, Michael and Andi are all together in Helloween, I'm probably the most excited about new music from a band that I've been in years.
@@joshuaswanson1977 Rob Halford hits high notes indeed, but with so much effects. This is definitely not the case with Kiske.
As far as I am concerned, I am much more interested by unisonic material where his voice have the place needed, than by new helloween stuff. Only my opinion 😜

I saw helloween live in Chicago September 2018 with kiske and Hansen. They were unreal. Played for almost 3 hours.

I mean i don t like comparitions but kiske what mak3s him diferent is that h3 aint a metal/rock singer he is a vocalist u can hear so much color richness in his lower tiene that not many have and well his Notes are not a Hight reinforecd falsetto or something like that is perfect mixed voice not many people really do perfectly

Michael Kiske still to this day has one of the greatest vocals ever!!! I am so glad that he had formed a new great band with Kai Hansen and the news that I am still the happiest about is the return of both Michael Kiske and Kai Hansen in Helloween on the Pumpkins United tour. Even if they are only back just for this tour it is still amazing!!! I never ever thought Michael Kiske would reunite with Helloween. It has been almost 25 years since he was their singer.
Actually they're permanent members in Helloween now as per Andi Deris' words.

Im kinda late bloomer when it comes to Kiske, Helloween, stumbled across him first with his outstanding duo with Amanda Sommerville. Both Albums blow me away, but, Damn what a voice pitch perfect, power, range, sustain, and unique vibrato and control.
