- WE FOUND AN EXHAUST!! Yooo whats up folks, in today's episode we find ourselves an aftermarket exhaust tip! It's always cool to see what types of forgotten project builds come into the yard because then we end up with awesome finds such as this! In my opinion this exhaust we threw on compared to the original sounds way better and looks cooler for sure. I wonder what we'll end up finding next time we visit the junkyard!

Work smarter, not harder. You should have swapped that entire exhaust system. The new system is bigger, but with that larger resonator it wouldn't have been that loud. You created way more work than you needed. Plus a slighty larger exhaust flows more....equals more power
I was thinking the same thing.
Atrocious install too
Why didn't you tack the exhaust pipe and muffler in place beneath the car? Then you didn't need to eyeball everything
same, he wouldve been able to do everything without spending the money on a welder but at least he got practice out of it :)
Yeah, he should have cut the flange off the old exhaust to make the new pipe install easier
there’s nothing better than opening youtube and seeing a new korosumyself video
yesssssssssssssss
So relatable
deadass said the same thing
Became an instant fan. And I don't even consider myself a car guy. Just pure entertainment with someone knowledgeable
Istg
This series is so fun to watch... Everything about it. The hunting phase, the finds, the extraction of parts... Then the application once you get home. And you seem like a super chill guy with nothing to prove. I think you are a genuine good guy who loves wrenching on cars. Thanks for making these vidoes, they are very entertaining. 👍👍
Fully agreed.. this is so inspirational to replicate for plenty other car projects.. never know what cool parts a junkyard can hide
specially since some models are not made anymore a junkyard can provide either OE, OEM or tuning parts.. Hello from Europe !
appreciate the comment! It's something we all love to do as car guys, I'm just doin it on camera is all!
Remember "A grinder and paint makes me the welder I ain't." Keep up the good work.
yessir 🫡
how come you didnt use the full exhaust you got from the scrapyard? wasnt it bigger which would give better noise and would have made your job easier !! anyways good video man!
Legit about to say the same thing
more content, which i can enjoy cus these videos are mad calming
I think the full one from the junkyard youd have to run catless, looks a little long
So here was my logic.. the junkyard exhaust system was cut off near the front exit, so i figured itd be less work to just unbolt the muffler and weld it on from there than to remove the entire exhaust system. But it seems the wider piping would have been more beneficial so I'll just have to take the L on this one hahaha
Thinking the same thing. Larger piping and looked in better condition. If you still have the pipes, you could retrofit.
just got myself some lunch and im about to chill and watch bro work it’s a great day🙏🏽
Same 😊
hope you enjoyed your lunch break!
Next time you're at harbor freight you can get an exhaust pipe expander. You stick the expander in the exhaust pipe and then put the impact on the end of it and as your impacting it it expands the pipe for you
interesting, ill check it out next time im there!
Every time I think about calling it a day and just going to bed, I look on youtube just one more time to see if there is anything interesting and when I see a new "Junkyard build video" from you it really brightens me up
glad you enjoy the junkyard videos!
BRO IS BACKK THAT'S A GOOD DAY
Mig welder not a stick .
When you stick weld try standing or sitting over a table and propping your elbows on it. Should make for an easier time feeding the puddle
Awesome comment! 🔥
yeah now that I have this welder, i def gatta make some type of workbench or a standing rig
@@korosumyself You could get some sheet metal and metal pipes from the hardware store or junkyard/scrape yard and build one. I love your content keep making videos it makes my day and motivates me to build my truck
The Honda Accord CB7 is literally my dream car, I absolutely love how it looks and the interiors look very comfy.
dream bigger my guy
@@WarriorPaxo Dreams for me are something like a goalpost or checkpoint, after I achieve a dream I replace it with another one that's comparatively higher. That way I never run the risk of self loathing due to setting too big of a goal for me to reasonably achieve :)
Glad your leg doesn't hurt or your two feet. You are making dreams come true to the youth and the older generation. It's stoke to watch your videos. Thanks for your entertainment.💯💯🥶😯
I'm doing the same thing with my civic. I love the hard work and dedication. Just simple garage tools and realistic budgets.
yessir. a build we all can achieve as an everyday man
This maplestory music is major throwback. Nostalgia to the max lmaooo. Thanks for another great video!
I know, i always get the urge to hop on the game from time to time for some chill mob grinding haha
Never miss this Junkyard builds series, so fun to watch!! Building a camper from a junkyard car seems a very interesting idea!
Love your work, you remind me of a frind, he saved a 91 DA integra from being crushed, fixed it up, and has made multiple trades starting from that one car. Keep the videos man.
glad you were not to exhausted after all that work :)
the element did not come with a picnic table, they did come with a flat cover for the spare but no legs
a RD1 or RD2 CRV would be a perfect project for you. It is practical , easy to work on and get parts for and reliable . plus they look great lowered , gives it that sports wagon feel you would enjoy
Thanks for the info! CRV is def a potential buy!
exhaust sounds so much better 👍
I had full stainless Brospeed exhaust on my Del Sol back in the day! Sounded real dope too, I was one of the first in my city to start modding Hondas, that loud exhaust on my Del Sol definitely helped me loosen a few knees when they'd have otherwise stuck together.
I like walking the junkyard with you. Its like I'm there picking parts😎
That sounds REALLY good! 👍
i think so too!
Thanks buddy. The more $ you spend at the junkyard pays the gas for my 67 Chrysler 300 to pull my boat to the coast to go fishing. What a comfortable ride at 125mph dragging a boat. Junk yard big dog over 45 years and love your $.
Toyota corolla E120 -- would be SICK to see you rebuild one of these but also give is some of your special touch. So many grew up with these in our lives
i love this junkyard cars!
Sounds great man. What a find!
lucky for sure!
bruhhh why did you cut that thing up? it was clearly a bigger diameter piping. it would've flow more and sound better while also being lighter than the stock system.
It was hard to watch honestly
Because he wanted the this episode to be lounger
i didnt knowwwww hahaha sorry bout that 😅 ima see if i can salvage it
Really fun to watch from Japan! I wish we had that kinda junk yard here. We have to buy stuff from internet auctions which gives us way more $$ due to the multiple layers of margins. Looking forward to the next video. Great job man!
just started watching this series and finished it in one night.
The best series on yt
Next series idea. Show your fleet one episode per car. Show what you've done or what plans you have.
I personally would love to see videos on your z31.
Man i literally found you yesterday. your videos are so chill and easy to dive into, i had to subscribe immediately.
Seeeeeeeeesh my boy back at it. chill vibez be real. 100% yes keep the junk yard series going. A early 90s lexus ls400 or a Toyota Cressida IMO would be sick! That "Mafia Style" Japanese 4dr cars be Wild. Miatas are everywhere up here in Michigan, rav4s, subies, et. not many datsuns or rx's. big ups from mi
Buy the CB7 Honda accord for 2k for the next project
hey just seeing if we will be getting another episode soon! i check my app daily
Lfg! Came out sounding good. saw this video and had to hit the local pick n pull to replace a cracked tail light after this 😂
Love watching ur videos man, ur as real as it gets on UA-cam man. I like that! Keep pushing out then vids. Definitely motivates me to get back Into doing things my self
always satisfying to see the product of your own hard work! thanks for the comment!
Acompanhando essa série aqui do Brasil 🇧🇷
i just recently found u a couple days ago, i love ur stuff so far, keep it up and i bet youll fly over 100k in no time
I think this is my favorite build on yt right now
Junkyard series are super relatable, and I find them quite interesting. You got a unique style and super easy to watch, very chill. Still learning a lot though, love to see how to find good parts at a junkyard.
All I heard in my head when you climbed under the car to yank the exhaust was "time to do some sketchy isht"! Lol 🤣
whats life without a bit of risk! haha
Wow that flowmaster really makes all the difference the car sounds awesome great find on the exhaust
THE MAPLESTORY BGM! I love your build adventures bro! keep it up
Omg the maple story music hit me hard in the nostalgia
This was my first video of yours that came across my suggested. After watching the whole video i subscribed. This was fun to watch. Can’t wait to see more
Keep going your videos are about to pop off
Dude, that 98 Accord would have been a FIRE build for a spinoff.
Sounds better than I thought it would. Good score!
I love this series so much because I can relate to it. So nostalgic when I was broke, but I enjoyed spending hours just walking around the J Y to find parts for my prelude. Now 90s cars are hard to find and many of the best junkyards have closed down. So sad
yep i wonder what type of cars will be in junkyards in the following 20 years or so haha
Love how you showed the welds even though they weren’t perfect, it’s inviting to try out welding man keep it up 🔥
New subscriber here, I have been bin watching this junk yard series and loving it. I’m a big fan of Japanese vehicles owning two Subaru Brats, a Nissan Pathfinder, a Toyota Prius, Toyota Highlander, and a Honda Odyssey van. I love the Harbor Freight tools used and your welding skills. I too have a wire fed welder that I’m not too good at. So watching you gives me hope.
Please continue to do the Junk yard series and for a new project you could do, I would like to see you build a junk yard jalopy.
Except don’t paint it. Leave all the parts from all the cars you find the color you found them in. Kind of like the old patina rat rods. I would like to see parts added that don’t necessarily go to the frame your working with (Mad Max ish). I would love to see your skills at work. Making the apocalypse type car. Then drive it to Oregon to do the OG Gambler 500 and film your experience.
I think you should modify a 1992-96 Camry, a 1989-1996 Accord, first or second gen CRV, or a Honda Element. Maybe a first gen or second gen Rav4. Bonus points for an Accord wagon
been loving the series honestly has gotten me more confident into looking into more local junkyards for parts as well maybe some day I'll be inspired to do a whole junk yard build too :p
This is the first time I watch your video and like it, you reminded me when I was younger
I'm definitely on board for this whole entire Honda build
I’d go with some pb blaster for rust penetrating. Huge props on the video! Such a great watch :)
Such a great day when you get on UA-cam and see a Korosumyself video
Bravo 👏 sounds great!!
thanks!
Mannnn, been following the build for a minute and it's coming together so nicely! That exhaust was a fine addition to the build and the Fit wheels look soooo dooppeeeee!
yessir cant wait to get some new body panels n throw some paint on it!
a project on a common car is a sick idea, in my country is what we mostly do since even a civic can be expensive
even a ricer wagon would be something interesting
and about the 3d printing, yeah I think more people in the car community should get into it cuz it saves so many random parts that sometimes you can't even find anymore
I own a 3d printer that I bought recently. Haven't done much with it yet, but one of the use cases I bought it for is exactly that. For cars, or really anything, it could be quite helpful. When there's really expensive small plastic parts, parts out of production, or none available, you'd be able to make an alternative. There's also the added bonus of making any customization too, in part design and color.
Maybe some videos on what to bring to a junkyard tool wise. That would pretty cool and probably draw some views. Seems like a common thing to want to know. 👍
Bro, I love ❤️ how you have the best channel .. I literally came around your channel today and I've been watching 👀 your videos all day, I went 2 work came back and picked up where I left from.. keep it 💯 coming Kevin. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Even the birds were congratulating your progress at the end! 😅
This man is too underrated
THE CHILLEST SERIES ON UA-cam. LOVE THESE
😎
Im lovin the safety first while wearing those super nice work shoes 🎉😂
I'm not going to watch the entire video, but mad props. These are videos people need to see.
I love this. This is what i want to see. Repair using junk parts. Ty sir. Great job
yessir, mods and repairs that are actually affordable!
Man preaching about this Texas heat. It is hot here.
this summer gettin to me ngl hahaha
for the tacking it would help you to hold by the stick itself instead of the stinger. Especially with a fresh full length electrode.
ah ill try it out next time!
a day late but im always looking out for a new vid despite notifications being on. your calming demeanor and explanations are really entertaining. im sure people love being around you man. awesome vid good work!
appreciate the comment brotha!
I think this is your best part for this civic so far
Bro this series is my Saturday morning cartoons LOVE IT
New subscriber to your you-tube channel I think you provide some awesome content and now to sit back and binge watch your channel. Aloha from Kansas
7th gen accord are a slept on platform solid suspension and reliable motor fun car paird with the 5 speed manual not fast but fun i owned 2 of them 04 and 05 loved both surprises alot with its corner capabilities
I love this guy even tho my net isn’t enough i try to watch your vids its sooo chill and fun to watch
I love this series. Accord or Crv would be cool for the next project but i vote like an 02 Camry just the Pinnacle of a daily.
They make exhaust tubing expanders which open up the Inside Diameter so you can sleeve the pipes, also a MIG welder is way better than a stick or flux core welder.
Not Gonna Lie best youtube video I've seen in awhile
def a great find and it has a nice sound 👍🏼
Make your first sleeper build. Family car that looks like a family car, but fast as fnck...
Sounds very nice 😊
Love your work and that you are building this from JY parts! BUT, if you are looking for an exhaust, bring a can of spray silicone & a pair of Lisle Exhaust Hanger Pliers. Makes them VERY easy to remove.
Brings me back to the 90s with my Honda builds
keep up the great videos
🤣
love this dudes attitude. average joe car builds are the best
Love your videos! Plzz continue this series🎉🎉🎉🎉 Greetings from Sweden
Came for episode 9 watched the whole series. You make good content brov
So far so good we need season 2
Im so happy the channel is getting big
You should definitely do a Toyota Corolla series it would be very cool to see and your family would be able to see a car they grew up with modified and I know it would look amazing
Love this series can’t wait to see the final build. Keep up the great work 🙏🏽
You should do a 2000s Chevy Malibu for your next build. My grandpa had one but he got t-boned and his car got totaled. Thanks for the great vids keep it up!
Subscribed simply because of the maplestory intro music. True OG.
Yes do an accord, would love to see a suped up one because I own one as a daily driver & would love to see hw it would look & perform
We have a Trailblazer with 316K miles, no issues.
Restored headlights and a driveway paint job is gonna make that baby look sick haha
yessss next time go for some sleeper build, an unusual one
FOR THE NEW series do a Chrysler 200!!! That would’ve sick and kinda weird car!
sounds great the whole video was a great watch keep up the 10/10 content
Im bias since i own a 93 accord coupe but i absolutely love them. Fun to drive, cheap, look nice, comfortable, and simple. Theyre a little slow but all you gotta do is swap in a h22 and the whole car feels revived. Aftermarket parts are expensive tho or rare or just dont exist but it forces you to get creative
love everything about this series bro own 2 civics myself
