Junpei's interactions with Chidori are so interesting to me because aside from his actual dialogue being very let's say "off putting" through the game so far with the female characters he's really just a kid with no experience with women that misunderstands that openly ogling and jokily "flirting" isn't the way to win a woman over in any way. But since Chidori and him had no real interest in each other in the beginning an actual spark has formed between them beyond what they're used to it seems. It'll be interesting to see how they both develop over the rest of the game
To me the contrast between how creepy he is with every other woman thats not chidori turns me off because the excuse of harassing of women just "boys being boys and not knowig better" it feels a bit out of character that this one women hes suddenly not a creep when hes creepy about yamagishi before he even meets her. And how he acts towards chidoi is still creepy. He doesnt know her. hes had at a few conversations for a couple minutes at a time and yet after they capture her hes yelling at her how shes changed when she didnt decirve him at all and he doesnt even know her properly still. He was the one talking to her and approaching her and she replied a few times when she was just doing her own thing. I hope i dont need to explain that a guy constantly bothering a girl minding her own business when shes not receptive the first time is creepy. They know each other the most out of everyone in sees but they are still mostly strangers. Hes fully invested obsessive and highly emotional over a girl hes known for at most 15 minute before she kidnapped him. Hes overfriendly with her when she straight up tells him to his face multiple times hes the one assuming everything because hes just creely to her as well. Hes just creepy in a different way than he is to the other girls. Literally changing it that it was her who approached him would solve every issue i have making it true that she decpetively approached him and not make junpei a creep for once that feels better in character. And then after the first meeting her, he can be the one to approach her a few times as well. It would have made me inveted in shipping junpei and chidori if this was small change happened
You know, after finishing this game, and seeing other people play it, and reading discussions online, etc, I came to the conclusion that you need like 80 points to max out Courage and Charm and 1'563 890 points to max out Academics. Seriously, for some reason EVERYONE struggles with Academics.
Apparently the totals are Courage: 80, Charm: 100 and Academics: 230. So Academics requires over 25% more points to max than the other two stats put together.
Academics is the highest cap. It’s also one of the hardest stats to raise naturally lol. There are lots of bonus points for Courage and Charm, but Academics has very few opportunities outside of dedicated stat raises. I believe the stats are staggered based on when you can access your female party member Links Fuuka is earliest, so Courage caps first, then Yukari and Charm, and finally Mitsuru and Academics.
@@icyspectre You know, I was kinda joking because I actually expected all thre social stats to require the same ammount of points to max out. I wasn't expecting academics to actually require a higuer number of points! Hahahahaha
Why do people give Junpei hate? He’s literally one of my favorite characters, I love his personality. He’s such a jokester and brings a lot of laughs and seems like the type of dude I would chill with and isn’t so damn serious all the time and all academic and crud like Mitsuru. Yes Junpei’s flirtatious attitude and all can be alittle much at times but I just think he’s funny and it’s not really harmful. Plus he learns from his mistakes and works on being better. My least favorite is definitely Mitsuru because she is drastically over bossy and tries to be controlling of everyone’s lives as if she actually has a say on what people can do and all outside of operations. And she withheld a lot from the team despite her reasoning and it’s hard to trust people like that when you expect to work as a team. Junpei just cares about everyone and truly wants to be a hero.
Hey Nova idk if you know but using the rush button in battle doesn’t actually make the animations faster it supposed to be used for quicker battles without input from the player for like lower level shadows.
