Needed this, great timing! Been experiencing low pain left side down leg with a little numbness till I get up and going. Hope these get rid of that. Thx
I always recommend that you consult your physician before starting any new exercise program :) however, I offer many modifications to my exercises. Modifications include a step jack, not doing a full knee bend, or using something to hold onto (like a counter, chair, bedpost, etc.). Also, the workouts are performed at your own pace, so you can work at a suitable level! ♥
This exercises it comes in the right time, exactly what I need it for my painful hips, thank you very much, was fantastic, I feel much better including my legs. Super happy. Thank you 🙏 ❤
I'm genuinely glad to hear that it's helpful for you! 🌟Keep up the positive momentum, and I hope your fitness journey continues to bring you relief and joy! 😊👍

Hi 👋 I’m 55yrs old. Last year i had a Total Hip replacement. I still have problems with the psoas &Sacro iliaque. On the side of my new hip, it’s a little forward so my sacro iliac gives me paine like a bare in my back. My psoas is shorter. Also in the muscle inside my leg.

Much as I'd love to be able to do all these exercises, the lunges are off the table for me, as is the yoga block. I have severe arthritis, and my balance is REALLY bad...I need to use a walker for stability. But...I can bend over and place my palms flat on the floor. Go figure. Any exercise suggestions would be gratefully appreciated! Thanks, from a frigid -55°F Alberta, Canada 🇨🇦 morning
