Everytime I sees your video of exquisite homes it inspire me and gives me some sort of child like adrenaline rush to create something like this for myself at someday.

Love the courtyard and garden. Lots of natural light, open design that allows for natural cooling of the property. Beautiful home!

1.I'm confused along N-S axis for extreme hot weather!? It should've been E-W ryt? With longer side facing North
2. (Harsh) West is left open completely they wanna cool the house or what?
3. Family Room is in hottest SW, n so extremely unlikely to use during the day without AC. that's why they couldn't have large windows as well.
4. Material choice is RCC that too exposed means no thermal mass they have no idea how passive cooling works.
i stil havent got the point that how exposed rcc connect with the nature........for every zoning she has only one point to make and i qoute " we did not want to disturb the privacy"
I don't know why.. but, this house looks like a showcase in the Museum !
Because of it's low colours n dark tiles n furniture n interiors n the architecture.
Looks like an abandoned one!
It’s personal choice of individual. People doesn’t have the same vision and choice. For me it’s like a great concept. Do share the links of other houses that you liked!

Superb Building and Floor plan but botched up Interiors.
How big is the area ? In square meter I am talking about the whole area wall to wall.
It could be far better.....they have used basics of architecture.......3000sqyd s enough for a creativity level☹️
